It is approximately 1 hour from the west side of Denver and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Denver Airport. This is a great central location for fun all seasons in the mountains in Summit County!

This corner unit features many desirable features such as two underground reserved parking spaces, a uniquely large and private patio overlooking the park and surrounded by mountains. A surplus of windows and natural light, and a private master bedroom balcony four stories above ground level for a superb view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the recently redone Town Park to the North.

Ski Fun

Decided to rent Condo in Dillon and enjoy EPIC pass in early December. Felt like we landed fresh powder every night and sunshine every day. What a great decision to make Dillon homebase.

Ski vacation

My family of 5 stayed for a long ski vacation weekend. This property was perfectly located! Only 5 or so minutes to Keystone and about 20 to Breck. We love to ski both so it was perfect! The Mexican restaurant below was a hit after a long cold day of skiing and my kids loved the fro yo place! Thank you!!!

Had a great time on our ski trip. The condo was very nice. Had everything we needed. Only downside is it's a bit of an outside walk from the elevator and hot tub to the unit.

Great Ski Getaway

Myself and 4 buddies stayed here for our annual ski trip. Nick was very communicative and the property was clean, well kept and well stocked. It was spacious and each of us had our own private area to rest. The kitchen was easy to use. Overall it was quiet (except for the city snowplows at 3:00 in the morning, which was not a fault on the property). Overall, this is a great place to stay. It was convenient and was an easy/quick drive to the 3 mountains we skied; Keystone, Copper and Vail. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent property

This was a great condo in the heart of Dillon, well-equipped and clean. The check in process was easy and we had no issues whatsoever. The only thing that wasn’t perfect about the stay is that the condo was quite far from the entrance/parking/hot tub. It was a small inconvenience but might be more impactful for someone with mobility issues.

Reunion with College Friends

Myself and one of my dear friends from college stayed here while meeting a larger group in Dillon for the weekend. Perfectly walkable to the lake and some greats food and drink spots! Nice privacy with one bed/bath upstairs and one down. We loved coffee and chatting on the spacious patio. It was very quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Also loved having the private parking garage on this busy holiday weekend. Check in and out was easy! Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely!

Had a super quick stay here with two friends – it worked well for 3 adults as we could each have our own bed, but it could easily accommodate two couples and one individual as well for future stays. Would have been lovely to stay two nights, but we were just squeezing in some ski time! We didn't cook, but there was plenty of space to do so.

Great location, great accommodations

First time to Colorado to snowboard summit county and the location and condo were perfect. Clean, as described, well equipped and great communication from the owner. Walkable to restaurants and great location for Keystone, Brek and Vail. Garage and storage were great for winter activities. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of sheets/blankets for our family of 5. Beautiful views from the patio even though it was to cold/snowy during our stay to enjoy, a suspect its popular for a summer vacation. We look forward to returning to further explore Dillon and the surrounding area.

A breath of fresh air

After a few business days in California-forest-fire-smoke-affected Denver, it was a pleasure to arrive at this beautiful property in Dillon. Nick, the property owner, was meticulously detailed both before and during our stay. The place itself is well-maintained and was quite comfortable. The outdoor terrace became our hangout, with its panoramic mountain views. That the location was a short walk from the Lake Dillon trail was a big plus. And the two reserved garage parking spaces for our group really made check-in/out, errands, and outings a breeze. I'm already trying to figure out my next visit!

Lovely Well-Equipped Condo

Condo is just as advertised and very well-equipped. There were three of us which worked out perfectly with one bedroom/bath upstairs and one downstairs. Great location for summer fun near lake, restaurants, amphitheater and farmers market which we took advantage of all. Really enjoyed the outdoor deck. Only negative comment is that the bed was a little firm for us but that might just be because my husband is recovering from a back injury.

Excellent property! Very comfortable!

Exceptionally well stocked, very comfortable, clean condo! Great mattresses! Comfy couch and outdoor chairs. Owner is extremely organized, with all light switches labeled and notes about anything you could possibly have a question regarding. Great communication prior to and during stay. Place is even nicer than pictures show. Be forewarned of construction noise, which is the case throughout Dillon and surrounding area. Such a beautiful area, everyone wants to visit.

We moved to Colorado in 2008 and have never looked back. We love the mountains and everything they offer to enjoy nature. We enjoy hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and landscape photography... anything that gets us outside.

Why they chose this property

Dillon is a great mountain town on a large lake surrounded by world class mountains. Locals know Summit County is as fun in the summer as it is in the winter. Lake Dillon provides an array of summer activities that other towns just can't offer such as sailing, boating, kayaking, stand up paddling, fishing and views!

In the winter it is centrally located amongst 5 world class ski resorts and the heated indoor garage make it easy to come and go.

The town of Dillon is a popular retreat with a strong foothold of micro breweries and a focus on family friendly activities. It has everything we are looking for during all four seasons. The downtown is very walkable to the Lake, Parks, Marina, Coffee Shops, FroYo, Brewpubs, and Restaraunts. We live in the suburbs in Denver/Boulder and it's nice to head up to this property and park the car for the weekend.

La Riva Del Lago has far and away the nicest condo units in Dillon. The condo sits on top of 3 stories of commercial space and the construction of the building insulates the condo from any sound in the commercial space. This provides elevated and long ranging views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. It is just a great getaway in the mountains.
