Sauber, unproblematisch, ruhig, gute Lage

Das Objekt ist gut gelegen und in Fussmarsch Nähe vom kleinen aber charmanten Zentrum. Das Apartment bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen und eine gute Isolierung. Die Duschkabine ist relativ klein. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Eine Grundausrüstung für Bad und Küche ist nicht vorhanden (Toilettenartikel, Gewürze, Spülmittel...) aber der Supermarkt ist keine 500m entfernt. Kommunikation mit Angelo ausschließlich in Italienisch. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zum Strand Lassen Cinta besser mit dem Auto.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo bell'appartamento a pochi passi dal centro di San Teodoro e ci siamo trovate molto bene! È presente anche un cortile con tavolino, doccia esterna e parcheggio. Angelo, il proprietario, é molto simpatico e disponibile.

Schöne und preiswerte Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung an einer Ausfahrtstrasse von San Teodoro gelegen. Mit Terrasse und im Hinterhof gelegenem Grill.

Soggiorno molto positivo !

Ho soggiornato quest'anno con la mia famiglia in questa casa molto confortevole e ben attrezzata. Ottima anche la posizione ,vicino ad grosso supermercato , ai negozi, al centro del paese e alle splendide spiagge della zona. Inoltre il proprietario Angelo è stato molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze . Grazie di tutto !
