Located in one of the most beautiful sea-side village in Rethymno region, Panormos village, this house is ideal for families or friends of all tastes, as it is in the village, next to the various beaches of Panormos (one of them is 180m – 3min on foot) but also near Rethymnon town (21km – 25min by car) and the inland of Mylopotamos with nice routes to walk or drive.

Inside the village, you will not need to worry about mini markets and cafés and tavernas or moving to the beach. Just put on your bathing suite!

Exterior
The 40m2 sunny garden at the entrance of the house offers relaxing time. There are garden furniture to enjoy the meals and the sun during the day.

Interior
Stylish home covers 120m2, built in simple and modern design and fully Air-Conditioned. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed, the second one has two single beds(can be joined) and the third room has a single bed. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other one has a bathtub with Jacuzzi.
The kitchen, fully equipped, including microwave will cover your needs.

Property Information:
