Villa in Calpe (Alicante) for holiday rental with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Take the opportunity to enjoy this luxury home with fireplace, heating, air conditioning and private pool. It has two independent homes, one on the top floor with kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. And another with kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bed linen and towels are included for all guests.
The villa also has a nice outdoor dining room on the terrace with awning, next to the pool, where there is also a gas barbecue.
The house is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances: refrigerator 2 meters, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large capacity washer, nespresso machine, toaster, blender, juicer, water heater, and has iron and ironing board.
The villa has central heating with radiators by hot water circuit and hot / cold air conditioning. It has free wifi and satellite dish with foreign channels.
Outside, in addition to a garden area, there is a solarium with artificial turf, palm trees, hammocks and shower, this area is especially lighted so that it can also be enjoyed at night.
It has private parking for three cars and has a capacity of 16 people.
