The accommodation is on one storey, The modern living area has comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV, satellite and WiFi system. Large sliding glass doors fills the area with natural light and gives direct access to the patio and pool areas. The open plan kitchen/dining area,is fully fitted and has a table and chairs to seat 4.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the double bedroom's bathroom features a large jacuzzi by a picture window where you can relax in the evening and witness some truly stunning sunsets.
Outside the generous pool terrace with a infinity pool that is larger than average being 13 m x 4 m and the depth is 1.50 m. and has steps into the pool where guests may sit and enjoy the view that also allows easy access to it.
On the expansive pool terrace there is plenty of spaces for guests to relax, including a 4-person dining table, 4 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas and 1 shaded relaxation area. There is a shallow area in the pool for non-swimmers and children to use under supervision.
The centre of Kalkan is some 5-7 minutes drive away, (2.5 km), but there is a local grocers shop only 300 metres from the villa where guests may buy their daily essentials. There are many restaurants who provide a free home delivery service to this area.
There is car parking space adjacent to the villa. The villa has wi-fi internet and is fully air-conditioned.

The pool is secluded on each side by timber fencing, making here a good choice for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The front of the villa will have a curtain system for those who feel the necessity to use it.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
