Smuggler's Cove Condo Unit X is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo with fabulous views of nature including trees and beautiful clear spring water. As per the City of Crystal River Ordinance, this property requires a three month minimum on the rental.
Watch the manatees travel up and down the deep water canal leading to beautiful Kings Bay. Dock your boat just feet from your covered terrace and enjoy singing birds from your upstairs bedroom balcony. Each bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding and the guest bedroom also has a trundle bed for extra sleeping room. A full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs makes living convenient. . The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker , a smooth top stove, and a dishwasher and microwave. A commercial ice maker is only 3 doors down and is full of ice daily! The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. Cable TV and wireless wifi are included with a TV in the living area and on the newly painted concrete terrace. A grill and table on the terrace makes cooking out so easy. Tiled floors downstairs and carpet upstairs gives you comfort year round. Crystal River is a water paradise. Freshwater fishing in the river, snorkeling the natural springs, watching the manatee, and enjoying a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico for salt water fishing make this condo an excellent location for nature lovers! Smuggler's Cove Condo X was purchased by our parents in the 1990s so that the family could gather for fishing, scalloping, and boating on Crystal River. The family now includes three adult children, 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. Our brother now owns the condo as our parents have passed away. He is also the owner of Pana Vista Lodge, a full service fish camp on beautiful Lake Panasoffkee, Fl, about 30 miles from Crystal River. Many family memories have been made at Crystal River, Florida.

If you love nature and water, Crystal River is the place for you. Enjoy beautiful weather, great fishing, and peaceful times on the water as you sit on your terrace and kayak or go for a boat ride from your own boat dock. A quiet, sleepy town of Crystal River is close so all the conveniences are within 5 minutes from the condo. People from all over the world come to Crystal River to swim with the manatees! A great place to spend the winter months, as there is a three month minimum on the condo rentals in Crystal River.
