A two bedroom apartment and a bathroom in the urbanization Spirit of Mojacar, Playa del Lance, Mojacar Playa. The apartment also contains a large living / dining room, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large private terrace. The community has very well maintained gardens and a very large community pool. A short distance (400m or so) from the beach, the urbanization is close to bars, restaurants and shops.
