It provides three bedrooms including a double, a twin and a single room, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep five people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a rear enclosed lawn. Preswylfa is a delightful countryside cottage, superb for a relaxing getaway or a break exploring this wondrous National Park.
Amenities: Electric storage heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional logs can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Roadside parking in front of property. Lockable storage. Front patio with furniture, rear enclosed lawn. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 minute walk, shop 4 miles. Note: Twin room is accessed through the single room only.
