What makes this property unique
An unpaved but neatly maintained road, lined with old pine trees, leads to this property. Blue Apartement is located within a restored farmhouse subdivided in two duplex apartments. The farmhouse sits on a grand estate of over 400 acres and overlooks the Umbrian Valley. It is surrounded by a well cared for garden which extends to fields of old olive trees. It is not unusual at sunset to see wild colorful pheasants roaming around the house.
A few steps from Blue Apartment, there is a swimming pool measuring 38x16 ft. (4 ft. deep), shared with the other apartment. Each apartment enjoys its side of the garden equipped with lounges, a white fabric gazebo with dining table for eight its own barbecue.
The estate is owned by descendants of the Medici family of Florence. Tours of the main 18th century grand house, cooking classes, olive oil tasting, wine tasting are available upon request.
