Welcome to Long Beach Resort, where you will begin your long awaited vacation in this lovely unit overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the unbelievable, wall to wall floor to ceiling ocean views from every room of this spacious, 1400 square foot condo located on the eighth floor of Tower 4, the newest tower at Long Beach. The resort is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a super WalMart right across the street! There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill (seasonal), jet ski/umbrella chair rental on site as well as 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a queen size sleeper sofa and a large 55" flat screen tv. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in the second bedroom, both bedrooms have new flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has a full bath with double marble vanities. The guest bathroom has a large garden tub and the master bathroom features a walk in shower. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of upgraded cabinets to store your groceries! The kitchen also features new granite countertops and backsplash! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach. This Unit is Non Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter Must Be at Least 25 Years of Age and Occupy the Unit for the Entire Rental Period!!

Long Beach 3rd stay

Property is great. This unit could have used a good cleaning but you cant beat the floor to ceiling windows and the open, spacious layout, and that view!!! Condo was set up nicely, with some great upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Bathrooms need some work. A little dated but still well equipped. The room wasnt dusty, dirty or sandy, but we just had to rewipe surfaces that were visible and missed during the last cleaning (fridge, table and chairs, night stands). Bedding was clean and comfortable. Very nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy meals and the view. Plenty of dishes to make your own meals, a nice keurig and newer washer and dryer. This was our 3rd stay at this resort. They keep all hallways, pools and common areas very clean, and have an amazing lagoon pool, which is perfect for when double red flags are flying. We highly recommend Long Beach.

Our Spring Break 23

Don’t hesitate to rent ….This condo was by far the nicest I’ve stayed in . The location was GREAT and the condo was equipped with anything you could ask for . The kitchen was very nice with nice appliances.It even had very nice durable dishes and utensils . It was equipped with hand soap , detergent , and washing pods . I had an issue with my door code (my fault,smh ) each time I called there was no hesitation in an answer or call back . The only thing I didn’t care for was the grout (cement material ) in bottom of garden tub or shower , but we managed with that since we had swim/shower shoes. It Would’ve been nice to soak in garden tub though after long walk on beach . The beach service was a plus too ! We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again !

Great time but cleaning service needs work

We stay at Long Brach twice a year and love it! This was by far one of our top condos. Updated nicely with nice furniture and set up. Our only issues was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I had ti go buy cleaners and bleach for the bathrooms and the towels. All the towels had a fu my moldy odor. There was hair… and I mean tons all over the bathroom floors. There was hair stuck to the walls in both showers. The bathroom with the two beds had a very dirty bath rug that was also very hazardous in the tile floor. The tub/shower combo had pink soap scum mold all over it and the shower spray had chunks of black mold. All it takes is a tooth brush and scrubbing to clean it. The sinks had dried toothpaste on faucets and in drains. I went and got washing supplies and spent the first couple hours there cleaning bathrooms and washing the towels. I know and get its hard to clean it perfectly but the state of bathrooms was like it wasent cleaned at all. Other than that it was beautiful. Kitchen update especially was very nice!

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. No major complaints from my wife or me... Everything was pretty much as pictured. A few minor things that needed attention, but that's the case in most places. The view is fantastic, and we both enjoyed the deck furniture. Overall, the property is quiet and well kept. We'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cleanliness failure

The property was exactly as described. There was a beautiful view and the property itself was very nice; however, the cleanliness left much to be desired. At face value everything looked fine but there was just 1 tragedy after another upon further investigation. No major investigation was needed just basic simple things like sweeping the floors, washing the dishes, CHANGING THE LINENS. I would suggest washing your own linens upon arrival because clearly basic cleaning is not a priority.

Long Beach tower 4 room 807

Condo was nice and clean. The only complaint was the master king size bed. It desperately needs a new mattress. Worn out and uncomfortable. Other than that all was good.

Dirty floors and bathrooms

The floor to ceiling windows are incredible. The back deck is amazing. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. The cleanliness was not good! The first night we walked around in our socks and the bottom of our socks were black. Under the beds and dressers have not been vacuumed. The bathroom and the showers were not clean either. Would love to stay here again only if we were guaranteed that the cleaning fee was actually used to clean the place. I didn’t bother calling owner as we were having a great time and didn’t want to waste a moment complaining about the obvious lack of cleanliness especially during COVID.

Kim's Condo A+

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful time. Really like the check in process and the keyless entry. So much better than keeping up with a key card. My only suggestion would be to have cleaning crew sweep under beds oçasionaly. The remote for one of the TV's was under the king bed. I only noticed how dirty it was under there because I had to crawl under to get the back to the remote. Other than that, the condo was immaculate. Will definitely request this same unit next year. Thank you again!!!!

Fabulous condo!

This condo was absolutely fabulous! The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee maker and a Keurig! It was nicely decorated and the customer service from the owner was top-notch! I got an email that said it was ready and we could actually get in the condo several hours before check-in time and check-out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again!

Panama City Beach is a Dream Vacation!

Loved the Long Beach Resort Condominium complex. Our Condo was amazing with breath taking views. The surf from the Gulf was very relaxing. We went the week before memorial day which was less crowded but glorious weather in the 90's all week, sunny, no rain. We went on 2 boat rides. One to dolphin watch that we recommend Sonnleitner Scuba out of St. Andrews Park, which was just myself, my best girlfriend, a photographer that wanted to catch some dolphin pics and the captain "Gary" Sonnleitner. It was nice not being crowded on a tourist boat ride. The second was taking the ferry from St. Andrews to Shell Island where we were able to shell pick some more (although I collected more in front of our condo). There is a lot to see in Panama City Beach and Long Beach resort was the best location. Not too crowded and perfect distance to walk to Pineapple Willy's by beach or street for a frozen beverage. Convenient having the Walmart close by but it does get crowded. Again, couldn't imagine how crazy it would be at spring break time or any summer holiday. I was already getting busy before we left 2 days before memorial day. Zoo World was fun. Very hands on zoo and can even pet a Giraffe! The Wharf seafood buffet, Pineapple Willy's, Daiquiri Shack, Shipwreck, Walmart is all within walking distance. You can rent golf carts/scooters to cruise the strip too! Everything else is short driving distance. Love all the outdoor restaurants! There is still a lot of cleaning up and restoration being done from the Hurricane Michael but it did not interrupt our time. They are working long hours to get everything cleaned up. Most everything is open. This really was the best vacation I've ever had and if I ever make it back to Panama City beach I would stay at Long Beach Resort. Only issue I really had was the King Bed was so hard that I had to take all the extra pillows in the closets and stuff them under the fitted sheet to make my own pillow top mattress. YOU REALLY NEED TO REPLACE THAT MATTRESS. IT'S LIKE A BOARD IN THE DAY OF MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES. That...and the comforters and blankets need a good washing. That washing machine could not possibly fit those to wash. I brought my own sheets and blanket which is what I recommend. Condo was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need except I always bring my own cleaning supplies too. I had to clean out one toilet because it was left "dirty". Great stay otherwise!!

Awesome views. Perfect for our family.

We came in town for a wedding. We had a total of 6 people but the unit could have accommodated up to 8. Beautifully decorated with beach themed decor. Nice setup with second bathroom. Double sinks were separate from toilet and shower area so multiple people could get ready at the same time. Both bedrooms and the living room had access to the very LARGE balcony area. We loved the balcony the most for morning coffee. Very relaxing with a clear unobstructed view. We will rent again next time we are in town.

What a place what a view!!

If you want somewhere to go and relax this is your place!! Great facility, easy to park, short elevator lines, reserved chairs at the beach, comfy beds & a great balcony!! Nothing better than waking up listening to the waves rolling in! Thank you Kim for a wonderful time! Will be back soon!
