Duplex apartment situated on the seafront, in a beautiful building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto, in the north of Portugal. Situated on the first line of the sea, facing the beach of Salgueiros, it is the ideal place for holidays or short stay and also a beautiful place to live.

Great view of the ocean from both halls. Two spacious balconies on the beach, one more exposed and another more modest with magnificent sun exposure, where you can sunbathe and contemplate the magnificent sunset every day.

This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people and is set in a modern building by the sea. It has two large halls and a spacious kitchen. The lounges, with a view and exceptional light, are equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 50-inch LCD TV, cable TV with 150 channels and free wireless Internet access of 100 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils.

Of the 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, is equipped with "king size" bed and super comfortable mattress. Of the others, one is equipped with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. It has 3 full bathrooms.

Conveniently equipped again with linen, towels, all utensils and equipment needed for 6 people.

Amazing Views in an Amazing Place

Marcos was an awesome host, he was responsive and helped us settle in. We arrived early and he made every effort to allow us to check in early and also left late and he was able to accommodate our needs. The apartment is beautiful with stunning views of the coast line. The upper level allowed us to see for miles and the lower level looked right onto the beach. The apartment was well equipped and we were very comfortable. We are definitley thinking about coming back

Fantastic Ocean-front stay

This condo is fantastic. The weather changed from all day rain to sun and clear skies. So this was the perfect place. We biked , swam and walked all along the boardwalk. Cafe and restaurants all Close. The condo was Exactly as described. Marcos was very helpful And let us in early which helped us a lot as was pouring rain all day. The amenities were great, Lots of Cooking supplies and glasses/plates etc. tons of wine glasses (our last Porto condo had NO wine glasses , if you can imagine ) the condo board is ruthless, we parked our bikes in the wrong spot and poor Marcos had phone calls and emails constantly until they were Moved. Regardless our stay was 10 out of 10 We were 6 adults, 3 Couples and had all kinds of room

Property was terrific…property Manager was less than welcoming and not helpful. After our stay, we received a message that we had damaged a window… which we did not. Our security deposit was never returned. Renters beware!

Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich und die Wohnung ist grosszügig. Sie enthält alles, was wichtig ist für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Einzig die Sauberkeit war nicht überall so, wie wir es gerne hätten. Wir würden aber das Appartement sofort wieder buchen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Moho en uno de los baños

Apartamento muy grande, luminoso y muy bien ubicado. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción la primera noche pero el problema se resolvió rápidamente. Echamos en falta un poquito más de limpieza en la cocina y sobre todo en uno de los cuartos de baño que tenía el entorno de la ducha con moho y los azulejos mohosos. No es una crítica, pero la decoración del piso deja mucho que desear para mi gusto.

Mooie vakantieweek!

Mooi appartement met goede ligging aan het strand. Binnen 20 min in Porto-centrum met de auto. Goede voorzieningen in het appartement, genoeg ruimte voor 6 volwassenen.

Nichts für geruchsempfindliche Menschen

Leider ist die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand. Obwohl sie gründlich gereinigt war, waren zwei der drei Badezimmer durch Gestank nicht zu nutzen. Das Badezimmer hinter dem Master Bedroom stank unerträglich nach Schimmel. Das innenliegende Bad roch säuerlich und hatte einen defekten Abzug. Ebenso war die Heizung defekt. Warm duschen war jeweils nur nach zurücksetzen der Heizung möglich. Die Einrichtung ist ein Sammelsurium an älteren Möbeln. Das Objekt braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Die mit angebotenen Fahrräder waren so herunter gekommen, das wir uns nicht getraut haben sie zu benutzen. Insgesamt einfach schade! Mit ein bisschen Pflege wäre es eine schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage!

Beachfront property in Gaia

Wonderful property that has a well equipped kitchen, bikes and two terraces that we enjoyed each evening. Walk just across the street and your on the beach. Word of caution the drive to Porto can have heavy traffic from this direction. We waited at least 45 minutes to enter and exit Porto.

Besser gehts nicht

wir waren begeistert. Das Apartment entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos. Super tolle Lage. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Supermarkt in 500 m Entfernung, Bäckerei mit leckeren Backwaren im gleichen Gebäude. Mit Uber in 20 Minuten in Port Stadt für wenige Euro. Wenn es etwas gäbe zu bemängeln, ich wüsste nicht was.

Es war alles perfekt!!! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön auf zwei Etagen mit einem Balkon und Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Küche war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. The accommodation is perfectly located with spectacular views of the beach and ocean from every window. The balcony and very private roof terrace were favorite spots to sit as well as the huge living room with spacious seating. Supermarket at walking distance and fresh bakery at the doorstep. Marcos, you answered our questions very quickly and informed us about any Covid opdate which we highly appreciate! Thanks again

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit, haben uns in der Wohnung aber sehr wohl gefühlt Lage TOP! Bestimmt eine der schönsten Wohnungen in der Strandlage. Die dazugehörige Tiefgarage mit Fahrräder, die sogar funktionsfähig sind, ein echter Pluspunkt. Kurzer Weg in die Stadt, Einkaufen wirklich in der Nähe, Bäcker "im" Haus. Rundum alles bestens.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Lage, Ausstattung, persönliche Betreuung sind hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass im direkten Umfeld sowohl Bäcker/Konditor, Supermarkt sowie eine Reihe Restaurants und Bistros zu erreichen sind. Ferienwohnung, Stadt und Umfeld sind höchst empfehlenswert.

Amazing oceanfront oasis

Perfect for our family trip. Great sunsets, walk by the sea, supermarket close by and well equipped kitchen. Shore drive to Porto and visiting the port lodges, restaurants and bars .

Ocean Breezes

This condo is an easy 15-20 minute drive from downtown Porto, just far enough out to enjoy the quite of the ocean waves but close enough to easily get in town to explore. Tons of restaurants and coffee places within easy walking distances. Views from each of the condos balconies is worth the stay on it's on. The bike/walking/jogging path along the beach is an added plus as well.
