At the edge of the forest of Mervent-Vouvant, ideal setting for your walks on foot or mountain bike.
Rental for 3 nights minimum and 5 nights from 13/7 to 18/8/2019
House of 5 rooms on one level, surrounded by a garden NOT fenced and 50 m from a dairy farm.
NO WIFI but good connection with 4G (Bouygues)
Linen and towels Not provided
Only small pets are allowed in the house, otherwise a lot of outdoor space for older children (extra charge of 2 euros / pet / day)
A deposit of 250 Euros will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure.
End of stay cleaning charged 60 €
You will be located 5 km from the village where you will find:
- A small supermarket with bread deposit open 7 days a week, a hairdresser, a medical office (doctor, physiotherapist, osteo, chiropodist)
Within a radius of 4 to 5 km, you will enjoy:

Relaxant

Nous remercions notre hôte pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse. Elle nous a prodigué de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région et a su se montrer disponible et réactive. La maison se situe dans un cadre dépaysant, certes vous n'avez pas le wifi mais tout s'y prête pour y passer un bon séjour ( table de ping pong, jeux de sociétés, jeux pour tout petit... Une petite balançoire ou des petits buts pour le ballon de foot serait au top mais c'est vraiment pour le petit plus). Nous avons passé de bons moments où tout est fonctionnel et pensé de manière à y séjourner agréablement. Nous avons apprécié le décor et le charme du mobilier traditionnel. Nous aimerions y revenir dans quelques années. Mention spéciale pour les voisins et notamment le fermier qui s'est montré fort sympathique. Il transmet l'amour de son métier et les enfants ont adoré. Des gens formidables. Merci encore pour cette belle découverte de la Vendée.

Agréable séjour !!

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour dans cette grande maison tres bien équipée (cuisine fonctionnelle, 4 chambres, ...). Marileine est une personne adorable, tres réactive et soucieuse de notre bien-être !! A deux pas de la foret de Mervent, les possibilités de balades et randonnées sont très larges.

Lovely country property

We had a super short break. The property was well equipped although one toilet was a little tricky with 7 adults. The booking and check in procedure was very straight forward. I would definitely return for another visit. Thank you

Maison très agréable et très propre, des petites attentions de la part de la propriétaire qui sont un vrai + (tout le nécessaire est prêt pour un bon feu de cheminée, il y a des jeux et des livres pour tout le monde etc), on sent que c'est une vraie maison familiale, au calme en pleine campagne. Les voisins sont très sympathiques (ferme bio)

Nous avons passés de très bons moments entre amis chez vous dans un environnement calme et donc reposant entre nos différentes occupations de la journée. Maison très bien isolée nous n'avons pas souffert des fortes chaleurs.

Superbe gîte, on se croirait en vacances chez grand-mère !

Idéale pour week-end en famille ou entre amis

Maison très agréable, grande et très propre, très joli jardin avec très belle vue sur la campagne. Départ de balades à pied à partir de la maison, dans la campagne ou la forêt. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
