A marvelous apartment with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people. It is a comfortable apartment, located in an ideal quiet area to be alone, with family and friends, or as a couple. The terrace is a great place to observe the lovely weather, and the air-conditioned apartment also includes an open plan kitchen. Access to the children's play area is perfect for the little ones and the communal pool is always a plus. Best of all, this incredible apartment is only a short distance from the relaxing sandy beach!

It has a terrace, an American kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery,
kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and kettle. In addition, the accommodation has a television, iron, WIFI internet access, hairdryer, air conditioning with heat pump in the living room and everything necessary to enjoy a good stay.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with a communal pool, elevator in the block, assigned parking space, and large promenade areas.

10 minutes from Alicante International Airport and 10 minutes from Alicante city center, it has the wonderful Urbanova Beach 2 km away, you also have beautiful restaurants in Urbanova Beach, Moments is a cafeteria-restaurant that we recommend, facing the sea.

Apartment had not been cleaned since the last person left

We arrived at night with a very tired 4 month old. We walked in and it was clearly dirty. Beds not made, towels in the sink and on the floor, dishes left on the side, dirty toilet and no cot for the baby. Used the emergency number and staff came to see, and came back with towels. I was told that it would be cleaned in the morning but we left immediately and booked a hotel. Awaiting a refund.

Apt practico y muy bien equipado para llegar con la familia y sentirse como en casa.

Las luces en el parking se apagan en nada y quedas a oscuras todo el tiempo. Cuando tienes que bajar bolsas y bebes del carro es algo complicado pero nada aterrador ni que merezca una mala puntuación o algo por el estilo.

Ideal para familias

Apartamento cerca de las playas de Urbanova y del centro de Alicante , también esta a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, en un sitio tranquilo , después de un largo día de paseo
