Location au calme

Location au calme dans une résidence . Maison bien équipée ayant des moustiquaires aux fenêtres bien utile car les moustiques sont nombreux. Seul bémol plage de maddalena qui est accessible à pieds n’est pas belle : algues très nombreuses dans l’eau. Si vous avez votre voiture ce n’est pas un problème car il y a de nombreuses plages magnifiques aux alentours ( 30 km).

Come a casa

Casa immersa nel verde sia negli ambienti comuni, sia in quelli privati ed entrambi estremamente curati. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, ma ancora di più lo sono state Gabriella e Nancy che si sono prodigate nel soddisfare le mie necessità: ho due gemelli di 16 mesi e avevo bisogno di doppio lettino e con mia grande sorpresa non solo mi hanno fatto trovare quanto chiesto, ma hanno superato le mie aspettative facendomi trovare anche doppio seggiolone per la pappa! La casa dotata di ogni confort, l’unico suggerimento che mi sentirei di dare forse è quello di considerare l’idea di mettere un piccolo microonde, ma una cosa del tutto trascurabile rispetto a quanto sia fornita questa casa. Peccato per marciapiedi stretti e attraversamento pedonale pressoché inesistente per poter raggiungere la spiaggia...ma tutto risolvibile, anche perché a pochi min di macchina si trovano delle spiagge meravigliose! Insomma proprietaria, super disponibile, casa molto accessoriata e posto super! Grazie Gabriella

Super nette Vermieterin, hübsches Haus in ruhiger Gegend, nahe dem Einkaufszentrum und Strand.

Das Haus bietet Platz für vier Personen, ist in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage gelegen, die viele Einfahrten und Eingänge hat. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man ein gut bestücktes Einkaufszentrum mit großem Lebensmittelmarkt, einer Apotheke, einem Schmuckgeschäft, einer Parfumerie, einer Bar mit free WiFi, einem Baumarkt, einem Modegeschäft u.a.. Die Anlage ist eher von Einheimischen belegt, sie hat also wenig gemein mit klassischen Touristenanlagen. Der ganze Ort ist ebenfalls wenig touristisch aufgemacht, was uns persönlich sehr zusagte. Wer allerdings lieber Animation haben möchte und klassische Angebote, ist hier falsch aufgehoben. Durch die große Straße, die man zum Strand besser am Zebrastreifen, also ein Stück weiter passieren sollte, läuft man etwa 10 Minuten dorthin. Was wir sehr positiv fanden, waren die Bäume am Strand, die für natürlichen Halbschatten gesorgt haben. Es gab recht viel Seegrasbälle am Strand und im Wasser, die wir zum Ballspielen genutzt haben. Das Wasser war leider nicht so klar, wie ich es von anderen Stränden Sardiniens gewöhnt war, es gab viele Sandaufwirbelungen, aber wir hatten trotzdem Spaß bei unserer täglichen Abkühlung und Bewegung. Näher in Richtung Kite-und Surfschule wurde das Wasser auch wieder klarer. Es gibt zwei Strandbars mit Dusche und Umkleide. Die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Cagliari ist sehr einfach zu finden und von Cagliari zurück ebenfalls. In Richtung der bekannten Traumstrände Nora und Pula muss man ein wenig länger laufen auf dem Hinweg, am besten läuft man bis zur Kiteschule am Strand entlang, dann an der Schule vorbei die Straße bis zur Hauptstraße entlang gehen und schon ist man auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite an der Parkbucht für den ARST-Bus, den man dort winkend zum Halten auffordern muss. Auf dem Rückweg halten die Busse am Strand von La Maddalena in Capoterra. Gabriella war stets sehr um unser Wohl bedacht und hat sich hervorragend um alles in ihrer Macht stehende gekümmert, um uns das Leben in ihrem schönen Haus zu versüßen (Transfer vom Flughafen in das Haus, bei der Ankunft gab es ein Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank und Autan sowie eine anti-Mückenkerze, später dann noch Mückennetze und WiFi). -Danke Dir vielmals dafür, Gabriella!! Wir haben die Terasse und beide Gärten an Deinem Haus täglich sehr genossen!! Also, wer ab und an in die Stadt möchte, mit einem nahen, einfacheren Strand zufrieden ist und gerne andere Strände als Ausflug besucht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten!

Posizione strategica, vacanza rilassante

Villetta molto comoda con doppio cortile esclusivo, inserita in un contesto veramente rilassante. Nelle vicinanze un centro commerciale ben fornito. Strategico per girare in auto. In pochi minuti si arriva al centro di Cagliari e verso le spiagge di Nora. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi è piacevole. La casa era pulita e ci siamo trovati bene.
