Large very bright lofts of 60m2 magnificent sea view

ESCAPE TO ERQUY!
Ideal for a romantic stay upstairs where to relax with family on the ground floor, you will be charmed by one of our two very bright lofts, 60 m² each, rented independently and with two different entrances. They both have a superb view of the sea and are 100 m from the beach.
The apartments have been redecorated this year.
We provide sheets and linens and the beds are made, of course upon your arrival.
You will enjoy for each loft a large "open living room", comfortable and modern.
You will have in each apartment a very large fully equipped kitchen to satisfy the most demanding gourmets.
Upstairs you will have:
A classic oven and a microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board ...
Upstairs two beds, separated by a partition .. A bathroom with shower and separate WC. A lounge with TV, wifi internet, and stereo with audio cable
A large table for your meals that can accommodate 6 people.
A full-length balcony with designer table and chairs.

On the ground floor you will have a very comfortable large bed 160 x 200 and a sofa bed for 2 people for those who wish.
A dishwasher, a dryer and orange TV.
A large 40 m2 terrace with plants and garden tables and chairs.
Parking in front of the house.
Animals are welcome in our loft terrace under absolute conditions that there is no noise pollution in the absence of its owners.

Summer and winter, you will be seduced by the spectacle of the tides, the walks on the customs officers' paths with the breathtaking scenery of our Brittany coast. You can enjoy the ever-successful harvest of shore fishing in any season.
Discover the Coquille st-jacques, guided bike rides, trawler outings, tours of the islands in the limelight.
You will have many tips on walks to do in the area, good addresses etc ...

Séjour très agréable
Location tout à fait conforme à la description, avec tous les "accessoires" nécessaires (cintres, sèche cheveux, serviettes, vaisselle, batterie de cuisine complète...) De nombreuses brochures sur la région et les activités. Beaucoup de lieux à voir et découvrir, on ne s'ennuie pas. Marie Jo & Daniel, merci pour les douceurs à l'arrivée... Mer à 100 mètres: indéniablement parfait. On est parti en "oubliant" quelques affaires, que nos hôtes nous ont renvoyées à leur frais par la poste sous 48 heures: merci et chapeau ! Florence & Jérôme

Ne pas chercher la seconde chambre qui n'existe pas , contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. La seule chambre est séparée par un rideau du séjour comme cela apparait sur les photos. le second couchage est dans le séjour. Mis à part cette tromperie, appartement agréable et bien équipé.

Studio très agréable
Appartement cosy d'une rigoureuse propreté très bien situé pour profiter du Cap d'Erquy dont on ne saurait se lasser. Propriétaires sympathiques, attentifs et soucieux de leurs hôtes. Deux bémols. 1) Annoncer 2 chambres est trompeur, il s'agit résolument d'un studio, grand certes, mais un studio. 2) Nous n'avons pas trouvé la place de stationnement devant le loft, ou bien le mot "devant" a une acception très large en Côte d'Armor ;-)... Hormis ces deux points et malgré une météo maussade, nous avons été très contents de notre séjour.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Le loft est très beau, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La déco est sublime et la vue sur la mer est très belle. Les hôtes sont absolument charmants et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous espérons y retourner très bientôt. Pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la région, le loft est très bien situé, avec de magnifiques balades à faire juste à côté. Nous recommandons avec beaucoup de chaleur cette magnifique location.

Calme, confort, décoration raffinée et vue magnifique sur la mer... Marie Jo et Daniel nous permettent de respirer l'espace de quelques jours à Erquy dans les meilleures conditions. LOCATION SENSATIONNELLE
Merci à MARIE JO et DANIEL pour leur accueil très chaleureux, très souriant et les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Le LOFT est vraiment superbe, très agréable, la vue sur la mer est dégagée, l'aménagement est très bien pensé. Nous avons passé un court séjour mais cette location sans aucune mauvaise surprise, nous a permis de "recharger les batteries". Erwartungen nicht erfüllt
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings erfüllte die Erdgeschosswohnung absolut nicht die von der Bildpräsentation geweckten Erwartungen. Alles schön fotografiert. Kein separates Schlafzimmer, Bett nur durch Vorhang getrennt, Bad bescheiden, Toilette in der Schräge unterhalb der Treppe. Küche gut ausgestattet. Im OG zweites Appartement vermietet an Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die schon früh wach waren keine gute Geräuschdämmung. Terrasse grenzt an Zufahrtsstraße, Richtung Strand Wohnmobilparkplatz, ständige An- und Abfahrt, mit Ampel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Terrasse, mit entsprechender Lärm- und Abgasbelästigung. Dazu noch das bretonische Wetter (Herbst im Sommer). Deshalb vorzeitige Abreise nach 9 Tagen. Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin konnte die spezifischen Objektnachteile leider nicht kompensieren.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine l'emplacement est absolument idéal pour aller sur la plage de Caroual qui est toujours aussi belle. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec absolument toute la vaisselle possible toutes sortes de verre à pied tous les ustensiles électroménager lave-linge sèche-linge c'est parfait. la grande terrasse est très agréable avec le coucher de soleil en face et surtout un point d'eau sur la terrasse pour rincer en rentrant de la plage les maillots de bain les combinaisons ou les différentes planche de surf A conseiller.

Ce loft correspond bien aux photographies il est très bien équipé avec goût sans compter la très belle terrasse Erquy est très bien situé et permet de belles et nombreuses ballades. Jolie plage. Il y a de très bons restaurants de poisson
