Apartment in a residential area. The car can be parked for free right in front of the house, 10 meters away and can be checked at sight.
I also want to clarify that the area in which the property is located is very quiet.
The apartment is large, bright with kitchen and living room. Everything is served by 2 bathrooms with adjoining shower.
The bedrooms are 3 all independent. It is possible to use two of the double bedrooms for an additional 2 single beds for children.
The apartment is cooled by two large air conditioners (12000 btu) located in the common areas (or corridor) in order to cool the whole house.
Dedicated fans are also present in every place if the air conditioning should be annoying.
The beaches are exactly 300 meters away along the main avenue.
The marine area where the apartment is located is equipped with bars, supermarkets and restaurants.
The arrival must be not before 14-15.00 and departure before 12.00 in order to always allow the right time for the necessary cleaning.
