About this property

Our spacious villa with its 3 bedrooms, in a calm and relaxing environment just 200 meters from the river !! Change of scenery guaranteed! Breathtaking view of the mountains!

Located in southern Ardèche, 5 km from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc and a few minutes from the "famous Pont d'Arc" and its magnificent gorges as well as from the restitution area of the Chauvet cave, very nice spacious cottage and comfortable 100 m2 (capacity of 6 people).

Private heated pool 7. 10 x 4 m

On a plot of 1000 m², enclosed and parking. Close to all shops, restaurants, markets ... Many ballads, hikes, visits, water activities (canoeing and swimming of course !!!!)

Please note that sheets and towels are not provided.

The deposit is 50% of the rental price.

A deposit of 500 euros will be requested before your arrival and returned after your departure unless damaged.

The cottage is NON SMOKING.

For a peaceful trip to your holiday destination, we rent this villa from Sunday to Sunday!

Das Haus ist mit allem, was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen, ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet um die Gegend zu erkunden.

cadre idyllique

une semaine très agréable malgré quelques jours de mauvais temps. La maison est bien située, ne manque de rien et à proximité de Vallon-Pont avec ses commerces et restaurants. Top!

Mooi verblijf in een mooie omgeving

We hebben een mooi verblijf gehad in deze woning in een mooie omgeving. Helaas was het weer niet heel goed waardoor we helaas veel binnen hebben moeten zitten. Gelukkig was er voldoende ruimte. Helaas was het zwembad toch niet verwarmd, ondanks dat dit nagevraagd was. Overal een mooie vakantie gehad!!

Ferien-Haus abseits des Rummels

Das Haus ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und hat Platz für bis zu 6 Leute, allerdings nur 1 Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas karg - könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, was ok ist da man die meiste Zeit draußen ist. Die Terrasse ist so semi überdacht, bei Regen bleibt einem nur der Wintergarten. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, super wenn man mit Hund verreist. Gibt leider keine Klimaanlage, und man muss das Haus selbst reinigen (sollte bei so einem Haus mit angeboten werden bzw. im Preis enthalten sein). Waschmaschine ist vorhanden! Tipp: mit der Hausverwaltung unbedingt den Besuch der Poolreiniger abstimmen - bei uns kamen die einfach unangemeldet vorbei und standen auf einmal in der Küche. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go. Davon abgesehen schöne Terrasse, super Pool, 2 Kühlschränke und Kohlegrill…

Rundum perfekte Location

Das Objekt lässt im Prinzip keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Ausstattung (insbesondere die Küche), sehr gute Lage (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar), ruhige Umgebung, schön angelegtes großes Grundstück und viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten auf der großen Terrasse und im Garten. Auch mit kleineren Kindern gut geeignet. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine bessere Beschattung auf der Terrasse mit einem regendichten Dach. Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und empfehlen das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter!

Superbe location, à conseiller

Location conforme à tous points de vue à l'annonce : maison très agréable, très bien équipée, il ne manque vraiment rien. Situation géographique idéale pour visiter la région. La piscine chauffée est un plus, cadre magnifique. Très bon contact (téléphonique) avec les propriétaires qui sont très sympathiques. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous réserverons cette maison sans hésiter !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passe 10 jours dans le mas les coccinelles. Le point fort est la vue magnifique que nous avons de la terrasse. Terrasse que nous occipions la plupart du temps. Le mas est bien aménagé. Petit bémol pour la qualite des oreillers :-). Quel plaisir de plonger dans la piscine et de se sécher sous ce beau soleil. Mais nous aurions apprécié un parasol. En conclusion, les propriétaires font tout pour que les vacanciers se sentent chez eux

wir hatten grosse Mühe, das Haus zu finden - ein Lageplan wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, mit toller Aussicht, idealem Garten für unsere Hunde, schöne Piscine. Unter den 2 Maulbeerplatanen fanden wir angenehmen Schatten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Wir finden, dass für den Preis bereitgemachte Betten sehr schön gewesen wären nach der langen Reise. Die Betten sind nicht optimal ausgestattet. Auch vermissten wir 1-2 Tischtücher, denn die Tische sind nicht gemütlich (vor allem bei Regen ...) wir haben dann welche auf dem Markt gekauft.

Vraiment sympas

La villa est spacieuse, propre et le materiel de bonn qualité, tout est pensé pour etre pratique. La piscine est parfaite avec vu imprenable, Pres de toutes les commodités et activités, je mettrais 4,8 et pas 5 juste a cause de la chaleur surtout la nuit, peut etre prevoir des ventilo. Mais merci au hotes nous y retournerons surement.

Tot rust komen

Vakantie met 4 volwassenen en een hond beleefd in deze woning. Eerste opmerking is om de straatnaam en huisnr mee te geven, ook al gaat het om een straat die niet vermeld wordt op gps je kan al terecht bij de lokale bevolking. Dit wordt snel vergeten als de mensen zeer snel terug bellen (op een feestdag !) om ons verder te helpen. In de tuin een boom die vele malen beter werkt dan een parasol. Zwembad perfect om af te koelen. In feite gebruik je het huis enkele om te slapen. Twee koelkasten waren welkom om drank te koelen. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Gezellig dorp, heerlijk om te fietsen ( check zeker via Ardeche ). Puntjes voor verbetering ? 2 misschien. Twee opritten maar ze zijn zeer smal en ook de straat is zeer smal dus opgelet bij het indraaien ( note: onze auto was ook iets groter dan doorsnee ). In het huis een airco, hoe warm het ook is buiten als je een goede nachtrust hebt gehad kan je veel beter tegen de warmte ( note: ondanks dat bleef het tijdens de dag verrassend koel in huis, enkel s’avonds zat de warmte binnen ). Voor ons is dit een aanrader. Grts Gino en Daisy
