FROM THE HOUSE YOU CAN GO ON FOOT TO THE RIVER, IN THE CITY CENTER OR GO FOR A WALK IN THE NATURE. YOU CAN ALSO ACCESS MANY SPORTS ACTIVITIES, PARTICULARLY DESCENT FROM L ARDECHE BY CANOE.

Ein tolles Steinhaus mit Charme

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist großartig, es hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und von der Straße hört man wenig. Es gibt für jede Tageszeit einen schattigen Sitzplatz und Dank der Fensterläden war das Haus immer angenehm kühl. Wir durften unsere beiden großen Hunde mitbringen, die den durchgehenden kühlen Fliesenboden geschätzt haben. Vom gegenüberliegenden Campingplatz haben wir nur in den ersten Tagen Geräusche mitbekommen, da eine Jugendgruppe anwesend war. Die Lage des Hauses ist für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ideal gelegen und die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, wo man abends sehr gut Essen gehen kann. Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin war zwar nicht ganz so leicht, aber Dank Übersetzungstools haben wir es geschafft. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch noch ein paar Tage nach unserer Ankunft erkundigt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Sie war sehr aufmerksam. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Séjour en famille au bord de l’Ardèche

Maison idéale pour une famille, très bien située, proche de la rivière et des loueurs de canoë, nous recommandons d’ailleurs Castor Canoë pour faire une descente de l’Ardèche. Maison de caractère en pierres à la décoration simple. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment au niveau de la cuisine, des ventilateurs, des jeux/livres pour enfants. A noter qu’en face de la maison il y a un camping avec un bon restaurant et des animations certains soirs de la semaine durant l’été qu’on entend depuis le jardin (début à 21h et fin à 23h) mais avec de la bonne musique donc pas dérangeant.

Des proprietaires d une gentilesse extrême ,le meilheur acceuil que nous avons jamais eut de l arrivés au depart !!!! De petite attentions qui nous a profondément touché maisson avec un charme fou!,spacieuses, propre,au calme tres beau jardin et tres grand, chants des oiseaux et grillons qui chante comme cela est agreable. ennormements d équipements (jamais vue sa!! ) Le pont d arc a 5 minute en voiture ou avec la navette gratuite juste a cotés de la maison ,pleins d activités. Qu elle belle région !!! MERCI A VOUS ,VOUS ETES DES HOTES MERVEILLEUX ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Parfait

Séjour parfait de l'arrivée au départ, les propriétaires sont particulièrement gentils et arrangeants, nous avons longuement bavardé ensemble et ne serait-ce la distance ils pourraient devenir des amis. L'équipement est complet, le parc est bien sympathique, animé par toutes sortes d'oiseaux. Il est très grand et permet de garder une bonne distance avec la route, donc le calme est appréciable. Globalement la maison a du charme, elle n'est pas contemporaine mais elle a "une âme". Bref, nous recommandons !

Lovingly decorated old stone house, centrally located

We spent a wonderful holiday. The house is decorated tastefully and is equipped with everything you could wish for. Especially the kitchen offers any possible device and instrument. The hostess is a charming French lady who was eager to help us with any information we needed. We definitely will be back sometime!

Un petit coin de paradis

De super vacances !! Une maison de folie, elle a quelque chose qui fait qu’on se sent vraiment très bien. J’ai jamais vue une location aussi bien meublé ! On avait tout je recommande les yeux fermés La propriétaire super gentille un vrai plaisir de discuter !! Son mari très gentil aussi Il n’y a rien à redire !

Maison agréable au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint et mes 2 enfants (1,5 ans et 4,5 ans). La maison est très agréable au milieu d'une somptueuse verdure donc un grand terrain tout plat pour jouer au ballon. Le petit sentier de rando qui démarre juste derrière la maison, un + !

Traumhaft!

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich traumhaft! Man hat das ganze schöne Haus für sich und einen großen Garten. Die Ausstattung ist großartig, es fehlt wirklich nichts und es ist auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten bei mehreren Kanu/Kajak Verleihen und auch in die Innenstadt ist es dank eines Schleichweges hinter dem Haus nicht so weit. (Ca. 15min zu Fuß). Der Kontakt mit Andree lief auf Französisch, was für uns eine Herausforderung war. Aber so eine herzliche Vermieterin und ein so ein tolles Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne geben.

Besonderes Haus in Top-Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, sehr groß, perfekt ausgestattet. Super Lage (großer Garten), in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Fluss (Einstieg möglich über Campingplatz gegenüber), dort aus kleiner Supermarkt und gutes Restaurant/Bar. Äußerst liebenswürdige Vermieter, die im selben Ort leben. Die Zimmer befinden sich alle auf einer Ebene, man hat mehrere Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen, es gibt mehrere Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten für draußen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Anbau, der als Waschküche dient. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 min im Ort Vallon Pont d'Arc. In der Hauptsaison hört man abends das Animationsprogramm des Campingplatzes ziemlich laut (ist aber relativ geschmackvoll/gehobenes Niveau; Beginn um ca. 21 Uhr, Ende 23 Uhr). Es gibt noch eine Art Garage, in der eine Tischtennisplatte steht. Eigene Auffahrt zum Haus, großer Stellplatz fürs Auto. Toller Kanuverleih in unmittelbarer Nähe (Castor Canoe, können wir sehr empfehlen). Große Küche, in der man richtig kochen kann, Vorratskammer, viel Stauraum, aber auch komplett ausgestattet. Gute Betten, Bad war schön und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Man ist wirklich für sich. Das Haus ist absolut idyllisch.

Semaine de détente

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vallon pont d’arc. La maison est très bien située: à proximité des départs en canoë et du passage de la navette pour le centre ville. Nous avons trouvé des lieux de baignade à 3 minutes en voiture, idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Andrée nous a fourni de très bons conseils et s’est montrée disponible. La maison est très bien équipée: pour le confort , pour les jeux , pour l’entretien. Tout le matériel nécessaire est présent. Beaucoup de produits sont mis à notre disposition pour nous dépanner. Location à réserver sans hésitation !

Zeer fijn verblijf

Ruim en net vakantiehuis, zeer goed uitgerust (echt alles is (dubbel) aanwezig. Kan wel warm worden binnen, geen airconditioning aanwezig, wel meerdere ventilatoren. Mooi en rustig gelegen een stuk van de weg met zeer grote tuin, centrum op loopafstand en in de omgeving heel veel te doen voor kinderen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Un séjour parfait dans une maison très confortable et bien située

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison en pierre, entourée d'un grand jardin ombragé. Côté équipements, c'était top, on n'avait encore jamais vu une maison aussi bien équipée! Commençant par la cuisine, avec tous les appareils en parfait état, la vaisselle en abondance, un bon choix d'ustensiles, et bien sûr un barbecue, on ne manquait vraiment de rien. La literie était confortable, la table sur la terrasse bien pratique pour nos repas accompagnés de chats d'oiseaux, le wifi marchait impeccablement, pareil pour le lave-linge. Les chaises longues, le parasol, même une réserve avec une table de ping-pong toute neuve et une armoire remplie de raquettes de ping-pong, de badminton et de boules de pétanque, tout était pensé pour que l'on passe un très bon séjour! La propriétaire, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a fourni toutes les explications nécessaires. Côté environs, la rivière est accessible à pieds et ne manque pas de petites plages, une bonne boulangerie est proche et d'autres commerces pas trop loin. Petit bonus: si l'on suit un petit chemin à l'arrière de la maison, il permet de rejoindre un sentier de randonnée qui mène aux ruines d'un château. Bref, un séjour parfait, à recommander!

Belle propriété et très bon accueil

La maison est très bien située et entourée de beaux arbres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, la taille des pièces, tout le matériel mis à disposition à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur... Un bel endroit pour se reposer, pour jouer dehors ou aller profiter de toutes les activités ardéchoises très proches :-)

Maison très agréable

La location est conforme à ce qu'en disent les propriétaires. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. Il y a plein de choses à faire dans les environs Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Je recommande.
