This villa in Provencal style with large private swimming pool (11x5x1.5) has a breathtaking view of the Golf du St. Tropez. Located on the right side of the mountain, on the south side, so that you can continue to enjoy the sun from morning to night. Free WIFI. All 3 bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. The master bedroom has large television and many international channels. The living room is comfortably and tastefully furnished with television and a portable Bose surround system. The kitchen is equipped with all technical appliances, including a large refrigerator with ice maker. The large conservatory, overlooking the pool / garden and sea, is great to relax even when the weather is less nice. In addition, this villa is situated in a dead end street. Compared to the neighboring plots, there is incidentally optimum privacy. In the very large garage, suitable for 4 cars with an electric gate, high (SUV) cars can be parked. During the high season a boat sails several times a day to St. Tropez from the port of Les Issambres. The village has several beaches, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and s, on Monday there is a market where you can buy fresh products. Around Les Issambres there are several nice and cozy towns, namely Saint-Maxime, Frejus, Saint RaphaƩl, and the fashionable Saint Tropez, with the world famous Pampelonne beach.

Der Empfang von Atty war sehr herzlich, unsere beiden Hunden waren ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Wir kƶnnen dieses toll gelegene Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden gerne bei einer nƤchsten Gelegenheit wieder kommen. 1 Woche war einfach viiiiel zu schnell vorbei. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r den entspannenden Aufenthalt.

Geweldig mooi en prachtig huis
We zijn hier begin mei geweest, het ontvangst was geweldig, rondleiding gehad, uitzicht en indeling huis geweldig, wij waren met 5 personen. Ook lekker gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en alle faciliteiten zoals bbq en spelletjes. Mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar st-tropen, Monaco en saint Maxime. Al bij al een geweldig huis echte aanrader, de prijs is er ook naar. Groeten Peter

Nach 2015 haben wir das Haus in diesem Jahr noch einmal gemietet. Die EigentĆ¼mer haben das Haus hervorragend in SchuƟ gehalten und verschiedenste Dinge erneuert oder ausgetauscht. FĆ¼r uns war der Pool ein absolutes Highlight, sauber, ausreichend groƟ und wunderbar temperiert. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wir hatten an einigen Tagen Ć¼berhaupt keine Lust, unser kleines Paradies zu verlassen, obwohl die Gegend sehr viel bietet. Vielen Dank auch an Atty, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat.

Rather satisfied but....
We rented 4 weeks ( adults + toddler ). Nice view, nice house - reasonably well equipped despite antiquated Wifi ( extremely slow, professional activity had to be part cancelled ) / TV ( none of the standard French channels available ā€“ owner did not think worth upgrading installation [ cost = half day of rental !] despite our agreement for paying additional equipment ! ) and Pool alarm ( not meeting French regulation, was changed on 3rd weeks only ) ā€“ too bad ! Good service from Atty who did her best to make our stay enjoyable despite problems. This rental is suitable for short ( 1 week ) vacation , non French and/or non Wifi user only.

A has-it-all house for your vacation
The house was great for our family: enough rooms, the ability to dine on the terrace or under the veranda when windy while still enjoying the beautiful view, the large swimming pool, a well furnished kitchen, etc all of that in a great and quiet neighborhoods, close to the beaches as well as Ste Maxime or Les Issambres. We are happy we found this house that matched the vrbo listing as well as our high expectations. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The only minor thing was that internet was sometime quite slow (less than 56kb/s) and as I had to work with large files, it could take up to 5 min to upload or download. For if you only use it for leisure This should not be an issue. We also bought a beach umbrella that is welcome for adults and necessary with kids that we left for future tenants to use. In summary, convenient location, well furnished and beautiful house, magnificent views and very peaceful. We would rent again with no hesitation!

Wir durften traumhafte Ferienwochen in einem wunderbar gepflegten Haus an einer unvergleichlichen Lage verbringen. Alles ist in einem tipptoppen Zustand und man merkt die Liebe der Besitzer zu Ihrem Ferienhaus bis ins Detail. So hat es uns an nichts gemangelt und bei Fragen wurden wir stets entgegenkommend behandelt. Wir mƶchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich fĆ¼r das Vertrauen bedanken!

Peaceful location with amazing views
This was a lovely villa set just back from the beach with an amazing view. Three good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, all air conditioned, with great facilities. The whole place was comfortable and spacious, great for families. The Pool was lovely, great for an early morning swim ! We loved it all. Thank you.

GENIAL, ist das einzige was man zu diesem Haus sagen kann. Wir fahren seit 20 Jahren an die Cote d'Azur,wir hatten fĆ¼r das selbe Geld noch nie ein so schƶnes,gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus.grosser KĆ¼hlschranck an die Wasserleitung angeschlossen ( immer EiswĆ¼rfel ),sehr viel Besteck ( GlƤsser,Teller,Tassen----ALLES ).Der glƤserne Vorbau(Wintergarten) ist sehr gut wenn Mistralwind weht. KĆ¼che topp ( Induktionsplatten ), Ć¼ber Bluetooth steuerbare Bose Minisoundanlage.Wie gesagt einfach GENIAL

Optimales Feriendomizil
Wahr sehr schƶn, wĆ¼rde ich empfehlen. Es ist viel schƶner als auf den Bildern. Die Verwalter vor Ort, einfach spitze, Hilfsbereit fasst zu jeder Zeit. Eine gut gepflegte und saubere Villa Gar keine Bedenken bei Zahlung, Kaution wurde schlagartig zurĆ¼ckĆ¼berwiesen. Gerne wieder!!!

Geweldige vakantie !!!!!
Wat een geweldige vakantie, we hebben enorm genoten van het werkelijk prachtige uitzicht. Ook de woning is lekker ruim en vooral schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken. De omgeving is zeer mooi en er zijn voldoende cullinaire mogelijkheden. Dagelijks vers brood halen in het dorp en dan heerlijk buiten ontbijten met uitzicht op zee, het kan werkelijk niet mooier. Wat ons ook heel goed beviel was de privacy rondom het gehele perceel. Elke morgen een lekkere duik wat baantjes trekken en even onder de buitendouche doen je helemaal ontspannen. Jammer dat we na 2 weken weer naar huis moesten, hier komen we zeker nog eens terug.
