What makes this property unique
Caveats: This house may not be right for you if
1. You have a pet allergy. We have two cats and a dog, who will not be there when you are. But if you look hard enough, you might find some of their hair.
2. You are looking for a rental with no traces of other people. This is not a regular rental property; it's our home, which we will be away from. Our photos will be up. There will be room in the closets for your clothes, but ours will be there too.
3. You want a place that is "hotel clean." The house will be professionally cleaned before you arrive, but it is a house that a casual family lives in. For example, virtually every house in Berkeley gets ants at times, and while we don't have them now we can't guarantee they won't visit when you do.
Think of it as AirBNB/VRBO circa ten years ago, when it was an alternative to staying in a hotel, not simulating that experience.
