About this property

Trevanson house is a large 3 bedroom property very spacious and well equipped. Trevanson welcomes you into a Hallway with the original tiled floor plenty of space for coats and shoes. To the right is a large fully equipped Kitchen/Diner, with Large Cooker, Large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. Table and Chairs to sit six. To the left is a very spacious Living room with a fire place, there is plenty of seating with a 50" TV, DVD player, Games, Books and Playstation.
The property has three bedrooms, two double rooms, Master room with en-suite(with bath and shower) and TV. Family room with two singles (suitable for adults) all rooms have wardrobes and dressing tables. Linen and towels are provided.
There is a travel cot available. Family Bathroom newly refurbished with bath and Shower. Sleeps 6 very comfortable.
There is private parking on the driveway. Outside there is a new decking area for outside dining there you will find table and chairs for six and a BBQ. To welcome you to the house, we provide a welcome book, Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cornish biscuits.

Trevanson house is a large character house in the hamlet of Trevanson, near Wadebridge. Located in a tranquil rural setting but with everything you need close by and the perfect for exploring the natural beauty of North Cornwall. Trevanson house is finished to a high standard and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Trevanson is a quiet secluded area situated just a short drive from the stunning North Cornwall coastline, tucked away but with everything close by. The market town of wadebridge offers array of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. Also with in 2 minute drive from Trevanson there is a Marks and Spencers, Tescos, Aldi and B&M.

The Camel Trail which follows the course of the river Camel is right here in Wadebridge, it is an 18 traffic free multi use trail which passes through some of the most spectacular countryside in the south west, you can hire bikes in Wadebridge.

Very nice Cottage

We felt very welcome in the lovingly furnished cottage. We wanted for nothing and we can only recommend Jannine as a host. We found everything great: absolute cleanliness, very well-kept furnishings, lots of lovely details and quiet surroundingssurroundings.

Perfect location

A very mixed review. A perfect location for Wadebridge and surrounding areas. Sadly serious lack of space in the second double bedroom, very cramped. A shame when rest of the house is so spacious and beautifully presented.

Family Holiday

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for visiting many places including Port Issac, Newquay and Lands End. Will be back.

Beautiful area and great location to travel

This was perfect for what we wanted. A good base to be comfortable in the evenings while travelling out to the nearby towns plus near enough the main roads to head further down Cornwall. Our host was proactive and helpful, and the home was perfectly clean and has good facilities like a new oven, good showers, and comfortable living room. May benefit from netflix to keep the kids busy in evenings but fortunately there were plenty of DVDs to keep them entertained, we watched almost the entire Harry Potter series through the week. Would stay again, good value and recommend to anyone looking for a nice home in a cute quiet village.

Travanson House had everything we could wish for, great location to Wadebridge, Camel trail, shops

It's was in a lovely location had all the amenities we as a family needed. It's was lovely and clean and spacious. The host was very helpful. The location was also local to places to eat, Camel trail, shops etc.

Perfect family house for exploring North Cornwall

We stayed in Trevanson House for Autumn Half Term. It’s spotlessly clean, well-equipped and in a wonderfully quiet village, just outside Wadebridge. The owner made us feel incredibly welcome and was happy to help with all our questions. We’d definitely book again.

Spotlessly Clean, comfortable. Perfect for exploring North Cornwall

Clean, comfortable, well equipped house, within walking distance of Wadebridge, The camel Trail, Tesco supermarket and easy driving distance to many beautiful coastal walks. We had a lovely stay here, there were just the 3 of us so I felt we had plenty of room.

Beautiful house in an excellent location.

We fell in love with this lovely house, it was so spacious and comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and had very comfortable beds and big bathrooms, we immediately felt at home there.

Great location. Ideally situated to access some great places in Cornwall (Tintagel, Port Issac, Newquay, Eden Project). A couple of issues with hot water - not always hot or enough to go around! The property was well, and nicely furnished, in a quiet area with a short walk into the town centre.

Lovely Property in Great Location

We stayed here in August 2020 and had a lovely time. The house is clean and fresh, and is in a lovely quiet spot close to the Camel Estuary. The house has all of the facilities we could have wished for. We were warmly welcomed by Jannine on arrival who left us a kind reception package - thank you. The location is great for exploring the rugged coastline East towards Tintagel and some lovely sandy bays West towards Newquay. We particularly enjoyed Polzeath Bay which is about 15-20 mins in the car. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Lovely Holiday

There were three of us on this holiday myself (mum) and my daughter (21) and son (18). We wanted to explore different places in Cornwall (Tintagel, Port Issac, St Austell, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Newquay, walk along the Camel Trail to Padstow, Perranporth and Wadebridge) and this lovely house was the perfect location. It is spacious, very clean and had lots of extra’s (dvd’s, Playstation2, large tv, WiFi, books) to keep us amused. We felt like we did lots and also managed to relax at the same time. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and would highly recommend this holiday let. Thank you again.
