i was absolutely shocked at the presentation of the property on arrival. My first thoughts were to look for an other appartment. The place was dark because all the shutters were still closed, the beds weren’t made up and a very large cloths airer was in the middle of the lounge room, but as i was staying 6 weeks i cleaned. . I opened up the windows , cleaned out all the bathroom and kitchen stuff and there was under all the sh.. there’s was this beautiful appartment, NO STAIRS and in the best location. The noise from the nightclub didn’t really worry me to much as after cleaning and throwing out crap it is/was the best appartment i have stayed in Antibes , if only staying a couple of days i wouldn’t recommend but a long stay you can make it lovely,
Appartement très bien situé, très bon accueil et personne très bienveillante.
A recommander !

centrally located but very noisy
The apartment is very centrally located in the city close to shops, market and the beach. But there is a lot of noise from the street, and not least from the nightclub that is located downstairs.
The apartment and fixtures are a bit worn despite the renovation. The terrace is smaller than pictured. One room didn't have air conditioning and was very hot to sleep in.
Perfect location for the perfect vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this accommodation. It was spacious and comfortable. It would be nice if they added a small beach chair.
Zentrale Lage, alles zufuß erreichbar, Einrichtung vintage, sehr netter, unkomplizierter Empfang. 😃
Perfect location geographically, in the charming old part of Antibes. Nicely furnished appartement with a lovely large and bright living room. Small terrace as a bonus on hot days, but unfortunately lacking of sunlight (November)!
All in all, an accommodation we can really recommend, (if you don't feel disturbed by the young people singing karaoke out in the street, opposite the living room - 6 nights a week!)
This is an excellent property, right in the heart of old Antibes. Well equipped, clean and spacious. The aircon works well in the lounge and main bedroom. The small balcony is a good spot for breakfast ash Apero. The tap in the bathroom basin needs attention as no real water flow, but otherwise, all good.
The downside is the bar below, which plays loud music until at least 2am every night, except Monday. We bought some ear plugs and made the best of it.
It is a real shame that the bar is allowed to disturb such a wonderful setting. I expect a few people have been disappointed by this before, but hopefully, the bar will change hands soon and never to a quieter status, or the local authority will manage the noise pollution rather better after midnight?
We are veterans of old Antibes and had a marvellous Holliday - there is so much to do and see locally. The sun shines and the wine flows.
Just need the music below to be more considerate.
Location idéalement située.
Bien équipée, décoration soignée.
Accueil chaleureux.
Je recommande vivement.
Petits bémols le prix du ménage élevé et le bruit qui peut gêner car les huisseries semblent à changer.

Clean nice flat for 4 persons
Really central in the old center of Antibes . You have a lot of restaurants around the flat and a nice market 2 minutes away .
Only thing we didn‘t like that much was that there is a street with a lot of traffic right next to the flat so you hear the cars driving there at nighttime.

About the host
Hosted by Hannah
Work and pleasure give me opportunities to travel regularly with my husband and our two sons. I love city life as well as quirky cultural destinations where you can integrate and become more than the tourist. I love great food, art, architecture, interior design, fashion and striking natural environments.
With our boys, our travel style has changed to more self contained personalised accommodations. We love a park or public space nearly and links to public transport. We are still an active family who love to get out and explore throughout the day, seeking out memorable moments with a hint of luxury.
Our family motto would have to be work hard, play hard and enjoy all of the bits in between!
