Million Dollar Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at 501 Ocean Beach Condo. We have stayed there on 5 different occassions. We appreciate the size and location of the property. Also love the parking.The pool is ridiculously small but we love the beach so it is not a problem for us.The furniture is not in good shape - very dirty couch which should be cleaned or replaced. The little pineapple lamp is on its last leg. The dining room chairs have many loose legs. Outdoor couch is dirty and the furniture is large. The entertainment center has many broken parts.With that being said, it is still a great place to stay.

Our favorite!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay over the last 4 years. We fell in love immediately with wraparound ocean view porch (perfect for a midday nap!). The kitchen is large and great for a long stay for our family of five. The bedrooms are lovely and it’s just a quick hop over a dune on a private boardwalk to the beach. My only comment is the master en-suite bath has only a half wall to separate it from the bed (a king!) and i do wish there was a area rug for the living room and not just under the dining table. We definitely will be back again next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Biggest thing was broken stove top not repaired during stay. In addition toaster broken, one of dining table chair legs broken, latch broken on master bedroom sliding door. Really owner should reimburse us for some of expenses of stay. Our cooking plans changed a lot after discovery of broken stovetop. Location is the best. Size of condo is great. With the price could be more generous with toilet paper;one roll per bathroom. No hand soap. Very cheap paper towels. Didn't touch thermostat as setting was perfect. View and balcony perfect. Would stay again if owner compensated us for cooking troubles.

Perfect week on the beach

We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!

Everything was very nice except we didn't have a key for the front doors to use the elevator so if we walked somewhere we had to either use the stairs to the first floor elevator or carry the garage door opener with us. But the location made up for it.

Great view

Everything was wonderful except the furniture. Beautiful condo with beautiful view but all kitchen chairs ready to fall apart and stools very old and worn. Besides that, highly recommend!

The Balcony is Outstanding...

Reviewer Comments: We (a couple of girlfriends and I) in December, unfortunately during a bad storm - we had four days of high winds and rain, making it impossible to use that amazing balcony. The last two days of our stay WERE sunny, and we took full use of it - just amazing views from it.We stayed in this condo about 7 years ago, and found it not quite as well taken care of as previously. After one day of dirty feet, we wore shoes/flip flops for the remainder of our stay. No guides on how to use the TV; a dead bug above the coffee pot, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Still, the condo is lovely and comfortable - just needs a little more tender loving care, we think. And did I mention that balcony??!! We LOVE that balcony.

The condo was very roomy. We had our Family Thanksgiving. The kitchen could use more skillets, and better ccokware. The pool was not heated. The access to the beach was great. The view from the massive deck was fabulous.

Family vacay

We had a great time the condo is very spacious wish we could buy one like it. It just needs a little TLC perhaps new furniture. Great location. Small pool😕. Love the parking garage and the convenient carts to haul all our stuff, specially groceries. We will come back again! ❤️✔️⛱️

Great location and views

Our Family gathered in Cocoa to celebrate a birthday. We rented this top floor condo on the beach because it’s a smaller building and nearby to everything and everyone we like in Cocoa. The condo met our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family with three bedrooms, ample space in the living/ dining room and outside wrap around deck on the ovean. The communication with the agent Cathy was excellent and I have to say that she was most friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, Beach stuff, comfortable beds, updated appliances, peace and quiet. The furniture could use an upgrade as well as the beach chairs but All in all an excellent week. We’d come back for sure. Thank You Cathy!

We really enjoyed it here

It was really nice. Everything was clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy (our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night).The beds were comfortable. The front door lock is a little touchy but can be figured out. The view is beautiful and the huge wrap around balcony was great. There was a lot of beach toys and chairs left by other guests and private easy access to the beach. During our stay there were also many towels which was nice for our large family. My family really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints from us.

Just ok

Pictures look amazing, as they are supposed to, that is what marketing is for. Many things in the condo are quite beat up including trim/molding, floor, and furniture. We did not have power to one bedroom (breaker was tripped and would not reset. No lights, tv, outlets etc.) Only 1/2 of toaster worked in kitchen . Let property manager know 1st of our stay and still have gotten no response 8 days later. Elevator was broke for 1-2 days of our stay which left stairs as only option. Master bed was a disaster and lumpy. TV's and remotes were a nightmare to use. Kitchen, balcony, showers were all very nice, as pictured. Communication with management has been disappointing. I would not recommend this until based on cost and lack of communication with management.

Amazing Views

Lovely property, with a great view. Unit is in need of some general routine maintenance, small items nothing major but it would improve the overall stay (ex. Legs on some dining room chairs were wobbly so we didn't sit on, pull out bed was broken and air bed had holes in them)
