The villa offers two living rooms, one for relaxation with SAT/DTT TV and the other as a dining room, from where you can enjoy views of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 gas and 2 electric burners, guaranteeing comfort and functionality. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the villa includes a washing machine room for added convenience.



ABROAD:

Standing out on the outside, you will find a charming wooden pergola that houses a built-in barbecue, offering an ideal place to enjoy sunny days with views of the imposing Rock of Ifach. The 8x4 meter pool perfectly complements the outdoor space. The villa has a fully fenced plot and offers parking space for two vehicles.

Located in the prestigious "Los Almendros" urbanization, the villa enjoys the tranquility of the surroundings and its proximity to the beaches and services. Just 1.2 km away, you will have access to the sandy beach, and the nearest supermarket is just 600 m away.
