You enter the living room on the right and on the left there is a practical and modern independent kitchen. The glass door divides the living area from the sleeping area, consisting of a first double bedroom with attached bathroom and another double bedroom with twin beds with adjoining bathroom. Comfort and furnishings with refined finishes. Outside garden with pool to be shared with two more apartments. Free parking in front of the house.
