The Space:
This stylish 2-story townhome is newly remodeled and designed for family comfort. Kick back and relax in the open living space, which features plush new furnishings, tasteful coastal decor, and large sliding doors that flood the home with natural light. Your fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family meals with appliances, loads of counter space, and an open bar that peers over the large dining table. There are spacious balconies on every floor, inviting you to enjoy morning coffee or an evening nightcap with stunning beach views and a salty sea breeze. Underneath the home, a spacious outdoor patio offers a great place to gather and unwind in shaded comfort.

Inside, 1,500 square feet of space has plenty of comfortable sleeping space for 6. Sleep soundly in the master suite, which boasts a fluffy king-sized bed, private balcony access, and skylight windows that fill your dreams with sparkling constellations. The kids will love their own private suite, which features a large and comfy bed and an ensuite bathroom in fun beachy colors.

Guest Access:
Your family will have access to the entire townhome and the great guest amenities offered by Pleasure Isle Villas. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or enjoy a friendly match on the on-site tennis courts. Just across the street, stroll across a wide private boardwalk to sink your toes into sugar-white sand and rolling blue surf. When it’s time to head out, find your vehicle cool and ready to roll in the covered parking spaces right under your rental.

Pleasure Isle Villa 1235A allows monthly rentals from November 1 to April 1. You must be over 25 years old to rent this property. Please note that no more than 8 guests (adults and children) may access the unit or amenities during your stay at risk of extra fines or removal.

Summer Trip

This is a great beach house! The area is nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. We had fun using the pickle ball courts everyday. There are so many options for eating out. Ice cream shops seemed to be on every corner of Gulf Shores!!!

It was super easy dealing with Susan, she is the property manager once we booked through Vrbo she emailed me with her direct contact info. She was very helpful checking in and welcoming us, she is super nice!! We will definitely be booking again soon! Loved the location and beach access not to far of a walk and the pool is right here at the condo! Quiet neighborhood! Thank you again Susan!!

Good location

Location of property is great! Short walk to beach and steps to pool and tennis courts. Porch swing was wonderful. Unfortunately the unit itself is in dire need of major upgrades.. stove electric burners were all lopsided very hard to cook on. Several cooking pans were provided but were unusable because of the condition they were in..the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. When you sit on the couch you literally sink down into it. Spending a little bit of money on a few upgrades would go a long way..

Great location. The layout worked well for our group.

Overall the condo was decent. However, it needs a major overhaul for updating. The couches were disgusting (filthy/stained) and not fit for sleeping on. I put a blow up mattress on couch mattress. There were bad stains on the carpet. They burners on the stove were messed up and could only use 3 of the 4. I would rent same style condo in this community again, but one with clean couches and porch furniture that was not broken.

It was perfect

We love this place. This is our second year in a row staying with at this same house. The owners are super nice. I accidentally lost our key the first night we were there and they were really nice about it and got us a replacement. The property is well taken care of. And its just a short walk to the beach. We'll be back next year!!

The furniture inside was very old and uncomfortable and the outside furniture was all broken so you could not sit in any of the chairs. It did have porch swing and that was nice.

Had a blast for a bachelorette weekend, house was clean and had no issues while staying there! Definitely bring extra supplies as in toilet paper and paper towels but besides that everything was great!

Perfect!

There were several nails on the deck that need pounded in. We caught our feet on them. The plastic porch chair were mostly broken, but usable. They dont give you much toilet paper so make sure you bring your own. All that aside, the place was absolutely amazing. It was clean. It was exactly as pictured online. It was in a great location. Close to the beach. We will 100% be back again next year. The property manager was super nice as well. If you have any questions he was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great location spot for families

We regularly go to the beach in this area and enjoy Gulf Shores. This property is in a great location with food and small shop nearby. The beach, pool and tennis courts are within walking distance. My only Hangup with this property was the lack of cleanliness and supplies. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels and anything else you need as we did not receive a starter supply of those items and had to go and purchase upon arrival. The property was visibly dirty, particularly the bathrooms. We brought it to the attention of the rental company and while they did offer to fix it and came out the next day, it is difficult to feel at home in a property you find in the condition we did. Bathroom cleanliness is hard to overlook as it leaves you wondering what else might be dirty. It is a good spot with families with young children and with the proper cleaning, is a nice condo.

Prefect location. Close to the Pool Area. Little walk to the beach area. Great communications & was able to access the property without any issue. Great location & great time

Had a wonderful time!! The house was the perfect size for my wife, myself, son and his wife and two kids. Very short walk to the beach, nice swimming pool 100 ft from our balcony and a short walk to restaurant, ice cream shop and a small drug store. Would definitely rent this house again!

Location was great , beach was beautiful! Loved the area just not the unit we stayed in!

The unit we stayed in was right across the road from the beach and had a great location to town and several activities for kids. The area itself was very beautiful. The unit is very outdated and needs some improving. The unit has old appliances that have been there for several, several years. The couch and sofa is very old and has several spots that are very worn out. All the bedding was old also, most of it was stained and looked very unclean. The unit was not cleaned well at all. The bathrooms was very dirty and the bathroom floors had not been swept or mopped, there was hair all over the bathroom floors. The kitchen had not been cleaned at all either. The stove, microwave and the refrigerator were all dirty. We didn't even use the stove or microwave because it was so out dated and dirty. I cleaned the kitchen counters and the refrigerator before we even put our stuff away. I spent the first evening I was there cleaning the unit. The area was great and we loved the location of the unit but the unit was not good at all, for the price we paid for the unit it should have been taken care of a lot better than it has been.

Nice place, close to everything

We rented this place one night before our dates, we were actually in Gulf Shores already and the place we rented through VRBO a few weeks back was a total dump, so as my wife was getting our money back from that one, I started looking for some other places we could possibly find in the area on such a short notice and this one was one of like three that I’ve found and we liked, after a little consideration and voting with the rest of the family, we decided this is the one we wanted to stay at, we made the inquiry on Saturday night and Sunday morning I called the number listed for the property and talked to Alicia, explained the situation to her and that was it, she let us get in the unit earlier than the usual check in time, the unit was cleaned and ready so that was easy; everything insured looked exactly like the pictures show, very nice accommodations, close to everything but not to close, in between the canal and the ocean in a complex with a few other ones, they even had a pool; Alicia was very responsive, we had a couple small issues and she answered my calls right away and took care of it for us; I definitely recommend this unit for anybody vacationing in the area; in this occasion, I want to thank Alicia for accommodating us on such a short notice and being so responsive and everything and we’re definitely gonna be back.

Simply Amazing!

This condo was very clean! It was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses and such. The pool was clean and refreshing. We were a group of four guys getting away to fish the Gulf, the neighbors were extremely helpful with their fishing knowledge. Super people, Super place! I will definitely be back!
