This luxury riverfront Villa with separate Cottage is located just a few minutes walk from the central Pacific Harbour palm fringed beach on the Eastern end of the Coral Coast. Combined the property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 9.

Perfect for your Fijian vacation this private gated riverfront property is a 5 minute walk to resorts and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the lovely Pacific Harbour beach, a 10 minute walk to the Village shopping area and an easy 5 minute drive to the Trent Jones 18 hole golf course. This riverfront retreat has a comfortable cantilevered screen room extending out over the river backed by lush tropical gardens. The property has easy access to the river for kayaking and water-sports.

The main Villa boasts two large ensuite bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining area a large full service kitchen including commercial gas stove and oven and an upstairs media room.

The master bedroom is large and comfortable with a separate sitting area and views overlooking the spectacular Qaraniqio river frontage with french doors out to the pool and the outdoor shower. The ensuite is complete with shower and separate large bathtub for your relaxation needs.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 guests and is configured with both a queen and a single bed, with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool and garden area.

Separately positioned on the property the cottage provides two bedrooms sleeping up to four(4) guests. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed with views overlooking the gardens and river.

Perfect for guests who love the outdoors the large pool area is complete with outdoor lounges and two large umbrella sun shades.

Luxurious and spacious property with all you need
Such a large accommodation that easily housed 3 couples for 5 nights. Beautifully manicured garden. Great ventilation, but ac was great when needed. So handy having a washing machine. Fun was had kyaking with plenty of life jackets provided. Thank you

The property was amazing, beautiful location by the river and close for alot of activities. Todd and Alexxis were great, always got back to us quickly and Dee was great in helping us with contacting and organising some activities! We all loved the pool, river jumping and kayaking. Absolutely beautiful home away from home
Absolute beautiful place with fabulous host. All the family loved it. A place for everyone. Gardens were absolutely stunning with the outdoor deck and enclosed patio perfectly situated right on the river. Home was immaculate with everything you need with pool and aircon. Private paradise!
Beautiful and spacious property right by the river. Lovely hosts who make sure you are well looked after. The pool is clean and warm , there are canoes to explore the area. Beach, shops and restaurants few minutes drive away. Could not ask for.morw. Thank you for having us!

Especially around Covid times, staying in this beautiful villa was the way to go. We had everything we need from a resort point of view but in a private, safe environment. The hosts were super awesome & were very accommodating. There's plenty of room to have your alone time or to mingle with the rest of the family. Definately would stay there again.

Fantastic villa for a relaxing family vacation. Facilities and location provide for the full Fijian experience (fishing in the river, etc). Owners Todd and Alexxis are superb , whilst on-te property manager Fredric is great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot great villa allot of things not working like tv, a fan in bedroom , wifi could not connect , some lights no pool lights outside for the night to see , general maintenance. Fredric was lovely and owner is great . Definitely overall one of the best spots in pacific harbour .

A Family Paradise
The estate is set up perfectly for a family vacation, Frederick and Marica were exceptional people and hosts, they looked after our every needs. The house and bungalow were exactly what we required, it had privacy but was close enough to all amenities such as restaurants and shops. We would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a get away place with a homely feeling. Thanks again Frederick and Marica for looking after us and making it a memorable holiday

Absolutely Amazing!!!!
What can I say, I am incredibly sad I am not still at Riverbend. The house is fantastic with everything you could possibly want for a very relaxing vacation. Our whole family (3 couples and 1 nine year old) came for my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. Fredrick is amazing and went over and beyond with any queries I had, and managed to book us some fantastic trips.. Even organised a birthday cake for my husband on an outer island adventure. Fredrick thank you from the bottom of our hearts : ) There are only positives about this home and location.. Hope to be there again in the near future...

Lovely property in convenient location but be prepared for rainy days
Riverfront Estate is exactly as described - a lovely, private, well cared for property in a very convenient location only a short walk to restaurants and a small shopping plaza. Easy access to buses and taxis too if you don't have a car (we didn't). And the on-site manager (Fredrik) will help you with everything else you might need. The only downside is that the weather in Pacific Harbour is much more variable than on the other side of the island. We had three days of wind and rain (in July) and had to wait a week before the weather would allow participation in any of the sea-going activities. While not particularly cold, the wind made going to the beach unpleasant so we were very grateful for the river which we found safe to swim in and we had great fun using the kayaks provided (with safely vests). Plenty of books there to read when the weather is not so good. Table tennis too, but suggest a few board games to keep the family amused in bad weather, or in the evenings, would be a good addition to the house.

Memorable first ever home stayz holiday in our favorite part of the world!
Love Fiji and have now enjoyed a different style of holiday. Privacy was excellent for us as 2 couples, with separate accommodation either side of the main living areas. Beautiful large home and gardens including citrus fruits. Peaceful mornings kayaking on river - many different routes including an adventure kayak through the mangroves (just opposite the property). Superb sunsets relaxing at riverfront. Nothing lacking in resources! Massive kitchen! Everything you need for relaxing around pool as well as fun pool activities. Enjoyed Beach swims and walks. Thanks Fredric for local avocado and sweet potatoes. We will be back!

Tranquil and spacious
We had a lovely relaxing time at Riverbend. The location on the river with the mangroves opposite is beautiful and feels very secluded despite being only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. We enjoyed paddling on the river, and splashing in the pool (though the water is a little cold this time of year!). The house itself is spacious and breezy, and we loved the main table looking out over the pool, garden and river. Fredric help attend to our needs, including arranging a high chair for our toddler and spontaneously providing party supplies for one of the kid's birthdays. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely Villa in the coral coast
We have stayed in the villa for Three nights. The rooms are big and clean, especially the master bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is very large and recently renovated. Swimming pool is very nice and clean. They also have a big screen house just next the river, can do fishing, kayaking or just swimming in the river. The host Fredric is very nice, he has organised all our trips and very helpful. Even washed our laundry:) Thank you so much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa.

Great property.
We had a delightful time here. The setting is wonderful and the owners were cooperative and helpful. The place needs a little TLC but we had lots of fun. They provide kayaks and had a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the river. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two more w/bath in the ‘cottage’.

A Gem in Paradise
I spent a week with my family, eight adults, had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out, with all the amenities to come together and enjoy time with loved ones. The home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to dining establishments and grocery store. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, right next to the river. Pool, deck chairs were very nice, we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. Kayaks were a big plus, allowing quick excursion to the beach. In exploring the area, I could not see a nicer place to stay, we were lucky to find this gem.

The house was a perfect place to relax and enjoy close-by activities, like river rafting and diving. The terrace beside the river was a great place to read on rainy days. Just be aware that there are always people on the property doing work and maintenance and in the workshop in front of the house, and as they walk around rhe property they can get a view of the inside (kitchen, living areas) as the property doe not have blinds in the living space area.

What a beautiful home!!!
The riverfront estate was beautiful! We spent seven days of our 12-day trip at this location and wilI say that it will have a lasting impression on our wonderful trip. The estate was clean and well-kept with local flowering plants and fresh fruit all around. The river patio was the best place to have our morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the fish jumping around us. Alexxis was a great host and made things easy for us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Fiji. We will be back!!!

Way better than expected
We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

Downside: pool Could Use some Lighting and the back yard and from and all Around the property could use some motion sensor lights so that guest see if anyone or even the stray dog be approaching or is on the property without permission

This has been our family home for the last 28 years. It is a wonderful property that is perfect for small or large family gatherings. A whole lot of laughter and love has filled this home and it is now time to share the magic!
