A quiet and peaceful place in nature

Offered by the warm and prudent host Andrea this place with three apartments is for all those seeking quietness and love nature. Very well equipped the appartement are located on the top of a hill with a view towards the see and Imperia. Car is not needed when enjoying longer walks and hiking or if you just want to enjoy the peaceful olive grove around you. With the car you can reach a lot of nice villages and areas worth seeing.

Wunderschön wie immer !!!

Wir waren nun des öfteren schon zu Gast bei Andrea und in seinem schönen Haus Casa Novaro.Wie immer war alles perfekt und wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen.Der Blick auf die Bucht von Imperia, der wunder volle Sonnenauf- und untergang, das sehr schöne Appartement, die Gastfreundschaft von Andrea und die herrliche Gegend.....einfach grandios.Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Wiedersehen.Grüße von Elli und Michael

La maison, le lieu, la tranquilité, la propreté, tout était parfait. Je dirais même sensationnel. Andrea le propriétaire est une personne super gentil et aimable. A tout instant si il y a un probleme il est la! Depuis plus de 34 années que je vai à Imperia je n'ai jamais eu un appartement aussi propre et agréable! Le seul grand problème : le temps: catastrophique!

Unser Urlaub in Imperia war sehr schön!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer traumhaften und ruhigen Lage, in einem sehr schönen und schattigen Olivenhain. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Porto Maurizio und das Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Andrea, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, war aufmerksam und immer da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Zur Begrüßung haben wir von ihm ein Glas von seiner leckeren selbstgemachten Marmelade geschenkt bekommen, und einmal brachte er uns eine selbstgemachte Focaccia, die ebenfalls sehr lecker war! Wir konnten in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sein Olivenöl probieren, von dem wir gleich mehrere Flaschen mitgenommen haben, ebenso ein paar Gläser Marmelade. Beides sehr lecker! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und wenn wir nochmal in Imperia Urlaub machen wollen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder bei Andrea!

Parfait, je recommande cette location.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très agréable, avec une terrasse bien orientée et aménagée. L'environnement et la vue sont magnifiques. Andrea, notre hôte est absolument charmant, à la fois discret et attentionné, et ses produits sont excellents. Je recommande notamment la marmelade d'orange amère. Geweldig uitzicht. Mooi en schoon huisje met alle comfort. Wasmachine zou fijn zijn.

Perfect! Wij moesten eerder terug vanwege een enkelblessure en de eigenaar heeft ons met alles geholpen en de resterende tijd is terugbetaald! Niets dan lof!!! De weg erheen is erg smal,maar daardoor wel uit de hectiek van Imperia. Voor ons een veel te drukke stad met bijna geen parkeer mogelijkheden. Lastig!

Wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben uns bei Andrea sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da. Sogar leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade, Olivenöl, Orangenlikör und Weine können erworben werden. Andrea ist ein sehr netter, zurückhaltender Gastgeber der auch mit selbstgemachter Focaccia und leckeren Rezepten aufwartet. Der Blick von der Terasse ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn verblijf

Fijne, comfortabele en sfeervolle woning. Mooi terras, goed buitenmeubilair en vooral prachtig uitzicht. De weg naar het huis is vanuit Imperia smal en bochtig. Dat is even wennen! Andrea is op en top gastheer. Hij vindt het oprecht belangrijk dat zijn gasten het naar de zin hebben. Het is een heerlijk rustige plek in tegenstelling tot de hectiek ‘beneden’.

Rundum wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse lädt zum Aperitif ein und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Olivenhain und die Bucht von Imperia. Für Leute die gut zu Fuss sind gibt es idyllische Pfade hinunter nach Imperia und Diano Marina. Zusammengefasst, eine super Unterkunft für aktive Individualisten. Der Gastgeber Andrea stand uns mit Rat und Ausflugstipps gerne zur Verfügung. Hierfür nochmal herzlichen Dank. Des Weiteren sind das selbst produzierte Olivenöl und die Bitterorangenmarmelade der Hammer. Dafür auf jeden Fall Platz im Kofferraum für die Rückfahrt vorsehen.

En unik upplevelse

Huset ligger fantastiskt fint med utsikt över havet och olivodlingen. Andrea är en extremt bra värd. Väldigt trevligt boende med liten uteplats och allt man behöver. Endast 7min bil ner till byn. Önskar bara vi kunde stanna längre :)

Wie schon letztes Mal, absolut perfekt !

Der Aufenthalt im Casa Novaro war wieder absolut perfekt ! Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber und mit seiner selbst gemachten Focaccia und Orangenmarmelade hat er uns wieder verwöhnt. Das Appartement ist perfekt her gerichtet und absolut sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf Imperia und Porto Maurizio ist sagenhaft. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die ligurische Küste bzw. die Cote d Azur absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder !! Elli und Michael

Perfekte Erholung mit Traumblick

Das Appartment Corbezzolo in der malerischen Casa Novaro ist noch schöner, als es die Bilder vermuten lassen! Sehr hell, sauber, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts: Geschirr, Besteck, Brettchen, Töpfe und Pfannen (sehr sauber und neu, das haben wir sehr oft schon ganz anders erlebt!) Gurkenschäler, Korkenzieher, Spülmaschine und Espressokocher - alles da. Ebenso Shampoo, Seife und Bodylotion. Und ein Fläschchen Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung zum Probieren. Uns hat es so gut geschmeckt, dass wir 5 Flaschen mit heimgenommen haben. Ebenso vom selbsthergestellten Vermentino, von dem uns Andrea eine Flasche als Geschenk überreicht hat. Der Blick aus den Fenstern und von der Terrasse bis nach Imperia und aufs Meer ist traumhaft - man kann sich gar nicht sattsehen. Andrea ist ein aufmerksamer und angenehmen zurückhaltender Vermieter, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort. Er gibt hilfreiche Tipps und kümmert sich auch um die Wäsche, wenn gewünscht. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Appartment piccobello geputzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen frisch gewaschen (auch das haben wir schon anders erlebt), es gab genug Platz, um unsere Habseligkeiten zu verstauen - alles tiptop. Ein, zwei Kleiderbügel mehr, ein Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken und eine kleine Vorrichtung in der Dusche zum Deponieren von Duschbad und Shampoo würden den Wohlfühlfaktor perfektionieren! Wir haben jeden unserer acht Urlaubstage sehr genossen und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen! Wir danken Andrea für seine Gastfreundschaft und den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

schöne Lage über Imperia und sehr netter Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Wir waren zu Dritt. Das geht auch. Die Lage ist sehr schön oberhalb von Imperia mit Blick auf Porto Maurizio und Olivenhaine. Man kann von dort aus loswandern oder einfach nach Oneglia oder Diano Marina laufen (je ca. 35 min.). Die Fewo ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gute Heizung, so dass wir uns auch über Silvester wohl gefühlt haben. Wir standen bei der Anreise sehr lange im Stau, konnten aber gut mit dem Vermieter kommunizieren, der uns sogar angeboten hat, uns in Oneglia abzuholen und vorauszufahren. Für ortsunkundige sogar empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hat er sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und auch mal was vorbeigebracht (Brot, Wein, Apfelmus)- insgesamt ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben Ende September 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen, hellen und gepflegten Ferienwohnung genossen. Andrea kümmert sich herzlich und fürsorglich um seine Gäste. Wir wurden von ihm gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen der Casa Novaro zu einem aperitivo mit typisch ligurischen Leckereien eingeladen und einen Abend brachte er uns eine selbst gebackene focaccia vorbei. Und wie die anderen Gäste bereits beschrieben haben, der erste Blick morgens vom Berg über den Olivenhain in die Bucht und der Sonnenuntergang am Abend ist einfach grandios. Wir haben das appartamento als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, immer wieder mit Aussicht auf das Meer, Besuch der beeindruckenden Bergdörfer und der noch typisch italienischen Küstenorte genommen. Und wenn wir Lust auf den Strand hatten, war man auch schnell am Meer. Die Casa Novaro besteht aus 3 Wohnungen, die aber so verteilt sind, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir zu dieser Jahreszeit auf unserer Terrasse sowohl morgens in der Sonne frühstücken, als auch am Nachmittag bis in den Abend die Sonne genießen konnten. Nach einer Woche haben wir von Andrea frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen und wenn wir einmal waschen wollten, hat er dies für uns erledigt. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit in dieser Wohlfühl - Atmosphäre genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Casa und Andrea als Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.
