Angela House, in the village of Gittana between lake and mountains
Rustic style detached house located in Perledo loc. GITTANA, with a wonderful view of the lake and surrounded by mountains.
In this peaceful and welcoming old-fashioned village it is possible to stay while remaining close to the amenities.
Ideal for spending days in serenity and fun with the family.
The house comfortably accommodates 5 people and is recommended for families.
The house is composed of:
-Kitchen equipped with 4 burners, oven, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle;
- spacious living room consisting of table, sofa / bed, satellite TV;
-2 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe (one with satellite TV) and the possibility of adding a cot;
-Bathroom complete with toilet, sink with mirror, shower, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine.
-It is possible to take advantage of an adequately furnished external space (courtyard + garden).
The house and garden are for the exclusive use of guests.
Included in the price the house offers unlimited wi-fi, electricity, gas, water, heating, sheets, towels, detergents, camping cot, high chair.
To be paid on the spot tourist tax of € 1.20 per person per day (from 15/05/2018).
Animals are not allowed.
Each guest is responsible for his own behavior in the house, therefore, in case of damage he is liable for compensation
The house is located in Gittana fraction of Perledo (about 2 km); is 3.5 km from Varenna; from Bellano 5 km and from Lecco 30 km.
Free public parking at 50 meters. from the house;
