This charming two bedroom villa is located in the Kishla district of Kalkan, and has a capacity of four guests, which may be increased to five with the use of the sofabed in the lounge area.

Constructed in stone and with the use of the vaulted ceiling space, this villa has a cool airy ambience, which is much appreciated in the high season. And being located only some 400 metres from the sea it makes an ideal choice for those guests who prefer swimming in sea water.

The pool is 6.15 x 4.5 metres, is 1.55 metres deep, and boasts stunning sea views. With the use of the screens that are on either side of the pool, the pool and pool terrace are completely secluded from outwith the villa. Thus making this villa an ideal choice for those guests who desire a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. This villa has proven to be particularly popular with honeymoon couples.

The accommodation comprises of a large open plan fully-equipped lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens directly on to the pool terrace. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin are located to the rear of the property, and both have their own en-suite bathrooms.

The property is fully-air conditioned, has wi-fi internet, and parking space to the front of the villa.

The villa is situated some 2 km from the centre of Kalkan. There are, however, a local grocers shop only 150 metres from the villa, where guests may purchase their daily essentials, and a couple of restaurants easy walking distance away.

As there is no public transport to Kishla, many guests may prefer to rent a vehicle whilst staying here, although many guests are happy to use the water taxi to and from the harbour, or the local taxi service.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
