Fantastique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Jean de Luz. L'appartement est idéalement situé. A 50 m à peine de la plage et du centre ville. Tous se fait à pieds. Vous pouvez mettre de côté la voiture. Gilles a su se rendre très disponible. Très bonne adresse nous reviendrons !!

Bon emplacement pour profiter de la plage
Situé proche de la plage, nous vons pu bien en profiter mais les inconvénients du lieu sont plusieurs. Très bruyant la nuit car donnant directement dans une rue avec les bacs d'ordures vidés la nuit et de jeunes fêtards qui font grinsser leurs pneus de moto constamment en tournant devant l'appartement, les nuits sont bruyantes dans cette rue, probablement le prix a payer pour accèder rapidement à l'eau. Pour l'apartement les points positifs sont, que les lits sont confortables, la grandeur et il ne manque de rien mais c'est très vieux, les meubles, le bain ( sans douche) ... un petit coup de peinture et un investissement pour les meubles, qui malgré le fait du cachet antique recherché, ferait du grand bien d'être soit restauré ou changer. Malgré tout nous avons adoré Saint Jean de Luz et ses alentours.

Bon emplacement pour « vivre » saint jean de luz
Réception très efficace, ponctuelle et simple. L’appartement est grand et agréablement découpé ce qui évite de trop se marcher sur les pieds. Très Central a saint jean de luz, donc certes un peu bruyant mais très pratique pour tout faire à pied (plage, courses, vie nocturne, Toro, gare, port). Petit point a améliorer: le cinquième lit un peu limite pour un adulte quand même. Merci à Gilles pour ce séjour.

Wonderful location
The flat looks even nicer that the pictures suggest. Good communication with the owner. The location is near perfect inbetween the beach and the old harbour. As is St Jean de Luz inbetween mountains and sea. The flat is cozy and perfect for families. Good infrastructure. Merci beaucoup

Cet appartement se situe dans une jolie résidence dans le centre historique de Saint Jean de luz. Mode de vie tout à pied, plage, restaurants, halles, cinéma.

Idéalement situé et confortable
Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement. Il ne peut pas mieux être situé à Saint Jean de Luz, à côté de la place Louis XIV, à 30m de la plage et en plein centre. Quel régal d'aller à la plage aussi rapidement et faire ses courses sans voiture. L'appartement est très beau, dans un immeuble historique avec de très hauts plafonds, le luxe de se doucher devant le port de St Jean de Luz et en face de la maison de l'Infante. Il est spacieux, la cuisine est très bien équipée, wifi et câble parfaits, bonne literie. C'est plus qu'un appartement de location. Pas de problème pour se garer dehors. Bonnes vacances à tous

Parfait sauf le bruit...
Absolument rien à redire sur la location (et l'intérêt d'être en centre ville), mais l'appartement ne dispose d'aucune isolation phonique, qui empêche littéralement de dormir. Fenêtres et volets fermés, on entend absolument tout : conversations dans la rue, voitures, musique, scooters, bruits de ventilation et de transformateur électrique... C'est dommage.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable situé au mieux en plein centre historique et à 100m de la grande plage. L'appartement est de caractère, certains équipements _/(salle de bain) sont un peu vétustes mais l'ensemble est très bien

Appartement très confortable et agréable
En plein cœur du quartier des armateurs et à deux pas de la place louis XIV et de la plage, l'appartement est idéalement situé; tout peut se faire à pied, commerces à proximité! Idéal pour un couple et 1 ou 2 enfants avec les lits superposés. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est là et en bon état. Très beau séjour!

Great vacation in lovely apartment in Saint Jean d
We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks from the 1st of August and were very happy. The pictures are 100% original. The apartment is spacious and can easily host 4 persons. Everything was very clean and in perfect working condition. The location is absolutely unbeatable. 2 minutes walk to the beach, directly located in the center of St. Jean de Luz, but in a quiet side road. All shops, restaurant, bars within 50 meters. Great vacation, great apartment, great location and great contact with the owner. I can recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to spend some unforgettable holidays in St. Jean de Luz. We will definitely come back!!!

LOVELY APARTMENT IN AN EXCELLENT SPOT
Merci! We very much enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment earlier this year. Pretty much exactly as described on this website, in the centre-ville, less than a minute from the beach, a very nice place to stay. We were with a small baby & the apartment was fine. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with in terms of dates, location etc. St-Jean-du-Luz is a great town with an excellent little 'Caviste' on Bv Victor Hugo. If you're visiting St-Jean-du-Luz, this is a fine place to stay.

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Saint Jean de Luz . L’appartement jouit d’une excellente situation et il est à deux pas de tous les commerces, de la magnifique plage et du port . L’appartement est vraiment bien distribué, plein de charme et avec une grande hauteur sous plafond. Récemment rénové, il est confortable et très pratique (électroménager impeccable). Je le recommande vivement à toute personne projetant des vacances à Saint Jean de Luz.

Beau séjour à Saint-Jean de Luz
Appartement remarquablement bien situé à deux pas de la plage, du port et près de tous les commerces. L'immeuble situé en plein coeur du quartier historique est plein de charme, surtout les portes d'entrée rondes. L'appartement est très bien distribué (parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes) et vient d'être rénové. Le matériel électro ménager est flambant neuf. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
