Our cozy bungalow is located a couple of minutes walk from the pretty beach of Spartia (Klimatsias).

The bungalow is designed for 4-6 people. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other has one double bed.

The glazed veranda has a comfortable single bed, which comfortably accommodates the fifth guest.

If necessary, we will arrange an extra bed for the 6th guest, placing it in one of the bedrooms or the living room.

The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower and sink.

The living room has several areas: a well-equipped kitchen area with a full fridge, stove, sink and dining table; a relaxation area with a coffee table, an armchair, a sofa and a fireplace.

The spacious, fenced yard is planted with a variety of greenery. There is enough space here to park the car, to sit comfortably at a table with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, to cook an excellent grilled dish. If desired, guests can park their car in our parking lot, located opposite the villa.

The beach of the village of Spartia offers quiet, warm waters, sheltered from the waves. The entrance to the water is smooth, the bottom is sandy, which will surely please families with small children.

In the lagoon you will also find rocks from which you can dive into the water. The beach will not disappoint those who like to snorkel.

Behind the ledge is another magical beach - wild Termanti with incredibly clear water. To get on it, you need to climb to the tavern of Isalos and, turning left, go along the white fence to an inconspicuous staircase leading down.

The center of Spartia village with a couple of shops, a tavern and a bar is 2 km from the bungalow. The road goes uphill, so we recommend having a car. It will also give you the opportunity to fully enjoy the beauties of Kefalonia!

Fantastic holiday location!

We have just returned from one of the best, most relaxing holidays in one of the Bungalows run by Katerina and Angela. Katerina and Angela are wonderful hosts and treated us like family. They were so friendly, kind and thoughtful- a lovely meal provided for us after our late arriving flight, transfers to and from the airport, car hire organised and plenty of great advice and ideas for things to do. The bungalow was spotless, comfortable, well appointed, described accurately and an ideal size for our family of five. It was perfectly located: a very short walk of less than 5 minutes to a beautiful, safe, clean beach ideal for swimming and snorkelling or a slightly longer walk of 10 minutes to another beautiful beach. Local restaurants and tavernas both by the beach and in Spartia village are all wonderful to visit. Katerina and Angela also run a fantastic craft studio which is well worth visiting. Seven days just wasn't long enough for us and we were very sad to leave our peaceful holiday location. Katerina, we would love to visit you again, you couldn't have done more to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

Friendly host - happy holidays!

Firstly Katerina is a friendly and warm host. The bungalow was clean and we found everything we needed. She left us delicious food and homemade goodies. It’s so near a lovely little beach and very quiet out of season. We had a lovely few days.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our holiday so much! Katerina is a wonderful hostess, she cooked for us the first evening. Every day there was a little attention or surprise and she gave us a lot of good tips, what to visit or about nice places. We felt great in this beautiful house. Our stay was in october and the little beach near the house was plenty of seewead and not so inviting anymore. But it was nice to go swim near the rocks in the morning and for a day on the beach there were a lot of good places to find not too far away. Without a car it would have been a little bit difficult.

Замечательное место

На острове Кефалония мы не в первый раз. Лучше чем Кефалония невозможно придумать. Чистейшее море, безлюдные песочные пляжи, сосны, эвкалипты, морской воздух. Забегая вперед скажу, что там наш ребенок сделал свои первые шаги. Конечно с маленьким ребенком это отдых на половину, режим и всякое прочее, здесь диктует малыш. Сам перелет тоже не самый простой. Для всех решившихся путешествовать с ребенком в возрасте до года, мой искренний совет взять перелет с отдыхом в Афинах в один или два дня. В этот раз мы остановили свой выбор на милой деревеньке под названием Спартья, которая находится примерно между Лоурдатой и Аргостоли. Чудесное место для релакса с маленькими детьми, дайвинга, рыбалки и романтических вечеров. Вся Спартья просто утопает в эвкалиптах и хвое. Еще отдельное слово хотелось бы оставить о Екатерине, хозяйке дома. Пишу, а на лице моем появилась улыбка. Удивительная женщина! За всю свою жизнь я не встречала таких добрых, любезных, родных, как Екатерина. Это был прием президента, так мы ощутили себя. Голодные и уставшие после перелета, мы видим перед собою на столе, блюдо домашнего приготовления (мясо с рисом, в шикарной подливе), а также овощи, фрукты, вино, вода, соки… Восхищение! При знакомстве лично, это оказалась мега позитвная женщина, очаровательная, нежная, добрая, она даже отвезла нас несколько раз в магазин, показав, где продаюся вкусные, дешевые, натуральные продукты (для местных, а не для туристов)J. Периодически баловала нас свежими яичками от своих курочек, то какими-то пирожными, то кумкватом или же специями. Невероятная женщина, с невероятно милой красивой дочерью Анжелой. Всем хорошим людям от души рекомендую этих людей. У них есть отдельный дом со своим участком, который мы снимали, и немного повыше, всего на несколько ступенек, еще четыре домика. От всей нашей семьи, самые теплые слова благодарности Катерине!

Super Holiday

Our holiday was wonderful. The cottage is amazing with huge green area near the beach about 30-50 meters. There is everything necessary in the house. The kitchen is equipped very well with big love. Katerina is polite pleasant woman ready to help in any questions. And she is the best cook in the World)))) I love it. I will come next year because this place is paradise. Thank you very much.

Soggiorno favoloso

È stato tutto meraviglioso!! Posizione fantastica e molоto comoda per l'accesso in spiaggia con uno scenario splendido. Luogo veramente molto curato, ombreggiato, pulito, la biancheria viene sostituita spesso. Proprietari veramente molto cordiali e disponibili. Prezzo veramente basso per la qualità del posto.

Beautiful cottage with superior owners :)

Beautiful cottage with superior owners :). The rooms are not big but well appointed and very clean. We had a wonderful, green yard and sandy beach in few steps. Very quiet relaxing place. We will be back, no doubts! There is a great tavern 100 m above the cottage and two more by the sea.

Cozy and charming

New, lovely decor, a fireplace in the living room (good if you come in early March :) ), and very clean. We had a microwave, refrigerator, kitchen hob, oven... We have stayed in so many houses,bungalows etc while traveling and this is my favorite: it’s so cozy and charming! We’ll definitely be back.
