Apartment built and decorated with rustic style. It has a large hall, kitchen, large dining room with 2 sofas, 1 of 3 seats and the other of 2, double room with wrought iron bed 190x150 and built-in wardrobe, room with 2 single beds 190x90, distributor and bathroom with shower cabin

The entire ground floor of it, as well as the front yard with barbecue and the pool in the backyard. Table with 4 chairs on the terrace. Linens and towels included. Guests will be provided with the Wi-Fi key at the entrance.
L'Escala is located south of the Bay of Roses. One of the most beautiful bays in the world by UNESCO. 3 natural parks in the bay. To the north Cap de Creus, to the west Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and to the south Montgrí, Baix Ter i Illes Medes. The GR-92 crosses the population. Of particular interest are the routes marked on foot or by mountain bike, as well as water sports, visits to surrounding medieval villages, the Empúries archeological museum, Dali museum, etc.

Wir waren begeistert

Die Gastgeber sind total klasse. Hatten uns spätabends mit Sekt und Pralinen empfangen. Wir bekamen sogar noch einen Überblick über die Wohnung. Es war alles, von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, genug Geschirr und sogar Bügelbrett vorhanden. Die Wohnung war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen ideal. Der Pool war klein aber fein. Es gab nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Kommunikation lief ohne Probleme mit Englisch, Händen und Füßen oder Google-Übersetzer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder da buchen! Ganz viele liebe Grüße von Tina, Thomas, Lara und Philipp

des vacances au bord de la piscine ou de la mer

La piscine à l'abri des regards, la mer pas trop loin (15mn à pied) et la maison climatisée. Un vrai plus vue la vague de chaleur qu'on a subie. Joachim, le propriétaire, vit a l'étage mais sait se faire très discret. La maison est spatieuse et il ne manque rien ! Je recommande vivement !

agréable appartement prés de la mer

accueil charmant ,appartement très propre et bien équipé avec une petite piscine pour se rafraichir . proche de la mer et a proximité d'une grande surface (aucune nuisance ) pratique pour les courses .

Genial y muy recomendable

La casa es bonita, amplia, fresca y está muy limpia. No le falta ni un detalle, sobretodo la cocina, que está totalmente equipada. Quim, el propietario, vive en el piso de arriba, con lo cual está para todo lo que necesites. Es muy discreto y ni te enteras de su presencia. Es muy amable y simpático y, sin duda, te aconsejará y recomendará lugares que harán de tus vacaciones unos días inolvidables.

Ravie de ce séjour

Un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et un appartement très bien équipé d’une propreté IRRÉPROCHABLE Les propriétaires habitent au dessus et sont disponibles pour des conseils tout en restant très discrets . La plage est un peu plus loin qu’annoncée mais largement faisable à pieds. Nous n’avons pas touché la voiture de tout le séjour. Un magasin bien achalandé juste à côté mais n’apportant aucune nuisance. Je renouvellerai ce séjour avec grand plaisir.

Sehr gute Lage und toller Gastgeber

Der Aufenthalt in L’escala hat uns von Anfang bis zum Schluss sehr gefallen. Joaquim hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und uns mit einem Wein und Schokolade begrüsst. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und an Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lager war sehr gut, direkt gegenüber befand sich ein grosser Supermarkt. Mit den Velos, die uns Joaquim bereitgestellt hatte, konnten wir sehr viele schöne Strände, Buchten, Ausflugsziele und die Altstadt erkunden. Wir empfehlen die Unterlunft sehr gerne weiter und möchten uns bei Joaquim für seine Gastfreundlichkeit herzlich bedanken.

Excellent hôte

Joachim est un hôte très sympathique, un excellent accueil est réservé (merci pour le vin en cadeau). Il est de bon conseil et très bienveillant ( pluie qui s est abattu sur le linge nous étions sorti, Joachim l a pris et nous l a séché chez lui gracieusement). Il est très discret pour le bien être des vacanciers. L appartement est d une propreté impeccable et très fonctionnel. La piscine un vrai plus !! Je recommande cet hôte a 100% ,allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu !! Encore merci Joachim. Mario et Myriam

Great spot to stay in L'Escala

Joaquim was the best host! His very clean and beautifully set up apartment was great for our stay in L'Escala. Joaquim and his partner welcomed us, talked with us about very close sites- Greek and Roman ruins, and about regional sites- medieval towns and delicious resturants. He made sure we knew how to use everything - washer, dishwasher, coffee maker, thermostat and even the outdoor pool (which we did not use). He even left us a nice bottle of wine! We loved this little area and his home and would love to return someday.
