Lower level: 1 BR with 1 double and 1 twin bed, 1 BR, 2 twin beds, sitting area and wall-mounted 32" flat screen TV. 1st floor: Living room with 46" wall-mounted flat screen TV. DR seats 12 @ 2 tables. Kitchen with DW.
Be aware WI-FI does not work on lowest level. Above 2 levels have connection.
The unit may be rented on a same day basis with exits from previous tenants. Vaccinations, including Boosters are now available for most individuals and are required prior to rental. All tenants will be asked about the vaccination status of the members of their party at the time of reservation. Proof is required. The units will be cleaned upon a tenant’s check out.
Stays of 3 days or less require a $150 cleaning fee per reservation. For stays of 4+ days that fee will be refunded following first payment.
Reasonable and customary use provided. Loud parties prohibited. Normal rules of quietness after 11:00 pm apply. All Renters required to submit copy of Drivers License prior to arrival. Easily done by way of attachment in conversation log. Pet fee is per pet, not pro-rated or refundable. Approval required.

Max occupancy is currently 13. Maximum occupancy is subject to any CDC recommended social distancing considerations etc. It is a requirement that eligible individuals of all ages have been vaccinated and boosted with one of the CDC recommended vaccines.
Owner will comply with all CDC recommendations, if in effect at time of reservation, for rental residences.

If you and/or any of your party are sick or ill at the time of your scheduled stay, please do not travel and cancel your reservations. It is the Owner’s policy to refund all the funds deposited into the Owner’s account when coronavirus illness or a governmental quarantine mandate is the reason for cancellation.

In an abundance of caution, certain items that were previously provided have been removed from units, including dust ruffles on all beds, and love seats, extra bed pillows, blankets, quilts and comforters. The units’ kitchens and bathrooms have been, and will continue to be, cleaned with bleach. White vinegar will be used on other surfaces.
Beds will be provided with mattress pads, one pillow with a pillow protector for each bed space, and a quilt. Unless soiled, these items will not be laundered between tenants. If you prefer to bring your own bed pillows and quilts, etc., please do so.
Applicable ONLY in the event of a resurgence, COVID 19 (the coronavirus) is a worldwide pandemic and is highly contagious. The owner will not be liable or responsible for any and all expenses related to any tenant(s) who contract the coronavirus or any other contagious illness(es) during their stay. It is the responsibility of each individual to follow the latest legal and health coronavirus guidelines to protect their own health and that of others, including, at a minimum, to maintain social distancing, to wash their hands and to wear face masks when outside near other people.
A photo identity will be required for each guest sixteen years of age and older.
