Dream house with exceptional views

Dream house with exceptional views of Tagomago island and hinterland.
The villa is located at the top of Punta Grossa and enjoys stunning views of both the bay and the hinterland. One of the most beautiful view of the island!
The whole house is oriented to take advantage of this exceptional situation with communicating terraces with all the living spaces. It is fully equipped to live comfortably to 12 people.
Cala San Vicente (beach maintained, not too crowded and supervised, restaurants, bars, ...) is less than 5 minutes.
The villa is on 3 levels:
Ground floor with large terraces (120m2 with various shaded outdoor living rooms and a dining room, barbecue) includes a large kitchen, living room and dining room, guest toilet and a covered terrace (patio ) with open fire (barbecue).
From the terrace, you access by stairs to the pool and terrace.
Upper level is an apartment which has its private covered terrace and a balcony.
Lower level offers 5 rooms with direct access to the terrace of this level. A laundry room is also accessible.

Gorgeous Views and Great Beach!

This home has unparalleled 360 views! The home is also spacious which allows for your group to have privacy while simultaneously offering spaces for large gatherings. The home is also close to an amazing beach with lovely restaurants and still close to many other popular beaches. While I love the island feel of no air conditioning, it can get warm. Leaving the windows open for a cool breeze is lovely but beware of the mosquitos! The arrival instructions would benefit from an update such as "when you get to con sucre, you are almost there". Finally, the property could use some love. A good cleaning of the patio and porches, update of some of the outdoor furniture, etc would help this little gem to sparkle like a diamond. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home and to create a lifetime of memories.

Mooie locatie

Super mooie locatie, bovenste huis van de berg. Wij waren de 1e gasten van het seizoen, huis was vochtig en muf helaas maar voor de rest een mooie vakantie gehad en van genoten.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. It is a beautiful house with really nice features and amazing vieuws. We were with 8 persons and there is a lot of space around the house with nice places to sit. The house was very clean and the garden very well maintained. Mohamed from the agency was fantastic and I thank him for the nice welcome! Thanks again for staying in the villa , we had a holiday to never forget!

Bella casa, scarsa pulizia

La casa è fantastica, in un contesto naturale meraviglioso (su una collina con vista mare) a 5 minuti in auto da Cala San Vicente, una spiaggia stupenda a nord est di Ibiza. La casa è grande e ben strutturata, in 8 adulti e 6 bambini/ragazzini ci siamo stati perfettamente, ha belle zone esterne, è circondata dal verde ed è provvista di una bellissima piscina su una terrazza. Il lato negativo dell'esperienza è stata la pulizia della biancheria: lenzuola, asciugamani per il bagno e per la piscina e federe erano vecchie e consunte e, sopratttutto, non pulitissime. Le donne che erano con noi hanno sentito l'esigenza di lavare tutto; fortunatamente in casa sono disponibili una lavatrice e una asciugatrice. Se il proprietario rinnovasse la biancheria e la curasse meglio, questa sistemazione la considererei da 6 stelle.

Fantastisch!

Echt een geweldige villa, wat hebben wij het naar ons zin gehad. De weg ernaar toe, is niet echt best en een Airco in de slaapkamers zou een prima volgende investering zijn. Wij kunnen deze villa echt iedereen aanraden, een geweldig uitzicht en ruimten en terrassen en top service.

Maison dans un cadre idyllique

Un séjour parfait! La maison est telle que sur les photos si ce n’est mieux! Entièrement équipée, tout est à votre disposition afin de vous sentir au mieux. Ustensiles de cuisine, frigos, tout est pensé afin de pouvoir passer un super séjour sans ne manquer de rien. Les vues sont à couper le souffle! Trajet en voiture jusqu’à la cala San Vicente 5min. Petits commerces en bas où vous trouverez ce qu’il vous faut ainsi que restaurant. Concernant l’hôte, Philippe ainsi que Mohamed (personne qui s’occupe de la maintenance de la villa) ont tjs été très réactifs si questions nous avions . Parfait en terme de communication. Prendre en compte que la wifi est relié à un forfait 4g donc connexion très lente. Seule remarque « d’amélioration » sur la maison. Celle ci étant exposée au soleil la majeure partie de la journée, il fait chaud dans les chambres, mettre des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre serait vraiment nécessaire afin de pouvoir avoir plus d’air. Le reste, rien à redire, un séjour parfait, à recommencer, à recommander!

Heerlijke woning met prachtig uitzicht

De woning biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. De terrassen buiten bieden op alle momenten van de dag een plekje in de zon of juist de schaduw, met overal prachtig uitzicht over de baai van San Vincent.

Très belle maison avec une vue exceptionnelle

Conforme aux photos nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merveilleuse vue sur la cala Sant Vicent. Maison très bien équipée et agréable. Idéale pour 4 couples ou grande famille. Point de chute idéal pour découvrir le nord de l’île, rien n’est loin, où lézarder tranquillement. Une voiture est indispensable. Un coup de cœur.

Un lieu magique

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire entre amis ! La situation de la maison, en haut de la Punta, avec ses vues à couper le souffle, son environnement immédiat calme et luxuriant, ses multiples terrasses, était merveilleux. Nous avons adoré que ce soit une maison réellement habitée par ses propriétaires : tout y est pensé pour passer un séjour heureux en groupe. La maison a une âme, est très bien équipée (on peut y cuisiner réellement, nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire en terme d’ustensiles, deux frigos, un vrai fourneau…) et très confortable (mention spéciale pour la literie qui est parfaite). En somme, c’est le lieu idéal pour un séjour enchanteur et reposant, où goûter la vraie énergie d’Ibiza et sa douceur de vivre. Merci à Philippe de partager avec ses hôtes un si bel endroit.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views

This is a brilliant holiday. If you want piece and quiet, with stunning views, this is a great choice. You definitely need a car as it is exactly 1 mile up a very steep hill. You are very much staying in someone's house, which was find by us, but the property was in need of some maintenance work. Overall, it’s a stunning villa and we would go again

Zeer groot huis , voorzien van alle gemakken . Alles is aanwezig wat je maar nodig hebt . Erg genoten met onze families bij elkaar. Wel zijn sommige dingen aan vervanging toe.. en zit er Schimmel op o.a de buitenkussens, pannenlappen , en ruikt het vochtig in de badkamers / slaapkamers . Tijdens ons bezoek in oktober was het huis zeer vochtig en klam. Hierdoor ondervonden wij hinder van insecten en rook het ongezond. Bij hevige regenval worden enkele slaapkamers nat , wat dan weer gevolg van schimmel Geeft. Abdul heeft ons uitstekend wegwijs gemaakt en we konden hem dan ook direct Bereiken toen wij geen warm Water hadden in het huis. Kortom een prachtige villa boven op de berg van sant Vincent , maar gezien de staat van Het huis en de prijs zou ik zeggen dat deze prijs te hoog is. Wel fijn dat wij op zo’n prachtige mooie plek In Ibiza konden verblijven. Phillipe , Abdul bedankt voor alles

Awesome autumn break

Spent a week here in October for a family get together with family ages from 7 months to 70 years. Fabulous villa for family of 13 with pool, breathtaking coastal views and in a beautiful part of Ibiza. Great beaches for swimming/ snorkelling and some really good restaurants nearby.

Amazing place requiring some TLC

My family of 8 people thoroughly enjoyed a weeklong stay in this wonderful place. Completely ‘WOWED’ on arrival by the size and position of the villa, with the most incredible views. Abdul welcomed us with the biggest smile, and communicating with him throughout the stay was easy. However, over the first few days we began to notice a few things… 1) The beds needed airing, they felt damp down to the mattresses for the first few nights. 2) A lot of the furniture (indoor and outdoor) needs repairing/replacing – my auntie ended up on the floor after one of the chairs in the inside dining area collapsed underneath her (thankfully she wasn’t too hurt). 3) BBQ very dirty, requires a thorough clean. 4) Some fixtures and fittings need some attention. 5) The windows need a good clean, especially in the upstairs bedroom as the view is amazing. 6) Pool area in need of attention – the pool filter clogged a few times due to debris from the plants, and nobody came to tend to the area during our stay. 7) The whole place could probably do with a deep clean, although it was adequate enough for us. 8) Lots and lots of ants! We also had a few issues whilst we were there – due to the position of the property there is a pump system for the water. This failed on one occasion leaving us without power and water, but within 15mins of contacting the owner, we had someone onsite to resolve the issue. We also returned to a bottle of fizz as an apology, which was greatly appreciated. Also on the first evening we realised there was no gas for the hob, but again, within 20mins of messaging Abdul, we had a replacement butane bottle installed. For us, the positives outweighed the negatives: 1) The views! Just WOW! 2) The location – 5 mins drive from the beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. It is possible to walk up/down in 30-40 mins if relatively fit. 3) The pool is lovely on a hot day. 4) Fantastic outside space – you could dine at a different table every night! 5) Very well equipped – absolutely everything you need (and more!) in the kitchen, an abundance of towels in each room, books, games, etc. 6) Good value for money in an exclusive area. All in all, it’s a fantastic place that just requires some TLC as it does feel a little run-down/very well lived-in. However, we had a fabulous holiday and probably would return if some elements are improved. Thanks Philippe & Abdul!

Good and Not So Good

Firstly the location and views are absolutely superb. The village at the bottom of the hill (Cala Vincent) from the house is a real gem. The beach is idyllic, clean and surrounded by a selection of great restaurants. The house itself is very big but is lacking some tender loving care. The living areas are nice and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you will need. The bedrooms are quite outdated but functional all the same. The house was not as clean in general as we would have liked. There was sand in one of the showers for instance. The outdoor areas are very nice but the outdoor furniture has seen better days. In most cases it is falling apart. Replacements here would definitely improve the experience. The pool is superb and nice and clean. I believe our booking was the first of the season and the house and outside area really did not seem to get the once over before we arrived. A disappointment for us was the WiFi. In reality it was non existent. It would rarely work for phone or laptop. There seemed to be a data card in the router which may have run out. That may have caused the issue but neither Abdul nor my other contact were willing to help with this. That said Abdul is very friendly and assisted with clearing a blocked loo very quickly which was very much appreciated. Overall; a superb location with great views and the town of Cala Vincent is fabulous. It is 5 minutes down the hill but that is by car. To walk takes about 30 minutes down and 40 minutes back up. Great views to enjoy on this walk all the same!! The house and outside areas could do with a little TLC and updating but it is quite functional. We very much enjoyed our stay here but were a little disappointed this wonderful house wasn't presented a little better and cleaner. All that said I would still highly recommend a stay here.

La casa es impresionante. Las vistas son inmejorables y está muy bien equipadan.

La casa cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades. El menaje de cocina es muy completo. Tiene salones con diferentes orientaciones que permiten encontrar siempre una zona donde resguardarse del sol. El único inconveniente durante la estancia fue que uno de los retretes se atoraba. Por otro lado, encontramos la parrilla de la barbacoa usada de haber asado sardinas, pero la limpiamos y al irnos dejamos la parrilla también sin limpiar, advirtiendo del hecho a Abdul, la persona que lleva el mantenimiento de la propiedad. Me gustaría resaltar también la amabilidad y disponibilidad de Abdul, siempre servicial y atento.
