Location. Cleanliness. Everything you need.
Visiting Zion has been at the top of our list for a long time and staying here was all part of realizing that dream perfectly. Major pluses: -cleanliness, from our week stay I know the place can get dirty easily with trips back and forth to dusty parks, when we checked in there was no dirt, and the design choices showcase that -midway between Bryce and Zion with close access to lake Powell -Laundry, with all the dust in the parks there was no rewearing of clothes without washing them. We could not have made it without the washer and dryer. -East Zion Experiences (EZE)! We took advantage of the discount and did the 4 hour canyoneering and UTV ride our first day in town. It was incredible, a great introduction to southern Utah. Things I wish I’d thought of: -Cooking in high altitude: -the rules are different and I should have known them -Cooking in small spaces - the exhaust fan worked well, but still the smell of everything we cooked got into everything we wore -Hiking all day is tiring -I should have planned low effort meals

Just what we needed!
This was our 8th stay along our 18 day road trip and the midpoint. We were tired and out of clean clothes. Our stay felt a little like home in that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed including that washer and dryer. Very nice stay! Will seek it out again if ever back in the area.

Just Stay Here.
What a wonderful placed in Orderville. So close to Zion and byway 12. Tiny House #3 is a great place to unwind from a long week on the road or a great spot to get your trip started. Everything is very clean, washer/dryer are new and everything was perfect. I recommend any of the units at this facility.

Phenomenal Experience
Anyone visiting the Zion or Bryce Canyon National Parks must stay at one of these tiny houses that is centrally located! Everything you need except food is all there. Owner had great recommendations for shopping, food and entertainment. You will not be disappointed!!

Served our family's needs well!
This s House #3 served our family of 4 well. While the ladder to the loft might be restrictive for a 2nd couple -- our 2 teenage boys loved having their own area that wasn't easy for mom and dad to get to! The owner made the surroundings in the yard very lovely to look at and it is in a good location right between Zion and Bryce!

Good Property
Overall the property was neat and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom was modern. The only drawback we saw was that the loft was too hot. My kids didn’t want to go as the portable unit on the loft was making too much of noise and it was so hot

Adorable and perfect!
You will not regret booking this for your vacation! The house and property were absolutely adorable and perfect for our family of 4. Great location to Zion (East entrance) and Bryce Canyon. The bed in the main bedroom was even more comfortable than my bed at home and the sheets were the softest I have slept on. The house was very well appointed with kitchen supplies and laundry. We wouldn't hesitate booking again if we are in the area.

Better than a hotel...mostly
If you enjoying camping. Read no further. This place is for you. If you typically stay in hotels or other vacation homes, this may be worth the read. This option had many pluses, but it wasn't a 10. We are a family of 5, while the location could accommodate 5, it was a tough fit. The best rule of thumb is to be indoors only to sleep. When we were there for our downtime, after a hiking activity, I tried to spend my time on the patio, or in the lawn. That was definitely in the pro column. Family game time indoors was not ideal, that too worked best outdoors. Which was great because they had a picnic table in the backyard (also a firepit and bench), multiple entries in the pro column for these amenities! The backyard (green grass) really was a wonderful attribute and one that a traveler does not typically have available (pro column). The location is well placed between Zion & Bryce (pro), but there is not much else to offer. (con) While we had planned to prepare the majority of our meals at the tiny house, during our 3 day stay we did hope for a dinner out and a breakfast out. FYI: Orderville is a dry town and the breakfast options are limited. We ended up going to Hatch for breakfast. The wi-fi was mediocre (at least with 5 of us on it), no mobile data, no cell phone service (a simple text did not go out for 3 days). Two days without these technology advances is do-able for me, but by day #3, it is difficult. Especially when I use my phone for directions, dining options, grocery, and checking in with work, etc. A large con was the fact that the 2 beds upstairs are air mattresses (I apparently missed this detail in the amenities when I booked) and the portable a/c unit upstairs is too loud to run during the night. So it is really hot (and miserable) through the night. My younger two sons "took one for the team" by sleeping up there. We did not know about the sauna like temperatures until the last day. They were good sports and found a way to manage the heat. :-( While the tiny house experience was fun to try and fun to talk about (the trendy hype, I leave out the sauna stories), I would not book again for our family of 5.

A Tiny house with BIG Adventure
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Escape #3. We are a family of 4 (with girls age 10 & 13) and had plenty of room. The kids loved their very own loft space and there was ample room for all of us to spread out after long days on the trail. We made good use of the kitchen and gave the Keurig a workout for the week. (The complementary K-cups were a nice touch after experiencing the $8 in-room coffees in Las Vegas). Micah was great from the very start. He touched base a few weeks before our trip and gave us several good tips to get the most out of our visits to Zion and Bryce Canyon. He also took us on a private canyoneering tour that was the highlight of the trip. I especially loved the Can-Am ride but my girls couldn’t stop talking about the rappelling and beauty of the slot canyons. It is about a 25-minute drive to the East Entrance of Zion. You then have another 20-minute ride through the park, but we really didn’t mind this at all. It’s a very scenic drive and we saw Mule Deer and/or Big Horn Sheep almost every day. This was an amazing family adventure and we totally recommend Micah and his Escape Tiny House Village without reservation.

Great little house close to Zion and Bryce
Great little house. Nice with a washer and dryer. Cute patio and fireplace. The upper floor is neat but does require climbing a steep latter and the kitchen is pretty basic. It's about 45 mins from Zion Canyon and 65 mins from Bryce. We enjoyed out stay.

Such a nice place!
This "tiny house" was not tiny at all! The kitchen is beautiful, I loved the countertops. And the bathroom....what a shower!! We came from Zion and it was great to have a washer & dryer for our dirty wet clothes. It is very spacious, super clean and had everything we could need. There's a nice covered porch and each house has its own firepit. The treehouse on the property was super cute, wish we could have gone up inside! We were only in town 1 night, but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend this property!

Darling house with everything we needed
These tiny houses are adorable! Well equipped with all the things you might need for your stay including a Keurig coffee pot (with coffee), hot dog roasting skewers, a gas BBQ and a nice fire pit. Only 30 min from the entrance to Zion and an hour to Bryce Canyon. The town is very small but there is a grocery store that has everything you need (except wine and beer). The pizza joint in town is also good. Don’t hesitate to stay in these darling houses, we certainly will do so again when in the area.

AWESOME! in both the location, and the house!
This 'tiny house' is actually a fully functional, adorable, comfortable and modern home! It has everything you need/want and more! The fire pit and yard were so nice, and we loved the back porch also! We used the grill; thank you for providing that! This house is one we will recommend to others. The location is between Zion and Bryce - PERFECT! Also, the towns of Orderville and Mount Carmel Junction have the most kind and considerate folks you would ever meet! Our car broke down for an entire day. The locals in Mount Carmel Junction could not have been more kind to us! Our 10 hours of 'break down' became getting to know new friends! Love this area, and we will be back! Thank you to Michah and Julie for providing such first class accommodations in this lovely town. We deeply appreciate it! The Browers

AMAZING!!!
We stayed here for one night and it was the best accommodation during the duration of our trip. We loved everything about it. The location is great and it is super clean and well taken care of. The owner was very easy to work with and get in touch with. He even was helpful in getting firewood to us. We had a lovely bonfire. I can't say enough good things about this property. It really was comfortable like "home". Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Well appointed and convenient
We had a great stay here. The rental is very well appointed with new appliances and the lawn area is great for sitting out to view the canyon, stars, or to run around for a bit after a day at Zion, Bryce or Cedar Breaks. Could have stayed much longer - this place is convenient to all the parks without being quite so crowded. The loft is small, but worked well for our kids. The beds are pretty small up there - our 10-year-old just fit. Overall a great option for your southwestern Utah vacation!

Wonderful, relaxing home!
Our family loved staying in this home, which despite the name "tiny" was more than enough room for our family of four. It is decorated very nicely and had amenities that were helpful to our family, including ziplocs, seasonings for the grill, condiments, etc. It was very relaxing to set on the back deck and take in the scenery at the end of a long day of hiking. It is in a great location close to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had which I appreciated very much. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic oasis in Orderville, UT.
What a wonderful home base for 3 days of exploring the nearby national parks. Each day we came home to relax, clean up, make a great dinner and enjoy a bonfire. Our kids loved their loft bedroom, while the adults enjoyed a spacious king to rest our weary bodies. The tiny house is beautifully decorated and furnished with all those extras you might need. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful
My husband and I were quite pleased with our stay in the Tiny House #3 and wished we could stay longer. The kitchen was well equipped, cute little coffee maker with pods available, spotless and clean. We slept in the loft which is a steep climb up a ladder. Definitely not advised for older couples who might need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, or small children. We set our alarm and rose extra early and drove to Bryce (an hour) to beat the crowds. Zion, the Springdale side is about 45 min and I would definitely advise getting there early too for parking to catch the shuttle into the park. We stopped at the German Bakery three times, once too early, once too late and the shelves were empty (after 2pm they stop baking), and finally the last stop we bought lots of wonderful pastries!!! We loved coming home after a hard day on the trail to stay in this wonderful tiny house!!

Stylish tiny home, perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventures!
We came down for Memorial Day weekend to hike in Zion and the surrounding red rock country with another couple. The place was easy to find and has a rustic modern vibe. We felt very comfortable and loved the grass yard for our dogs to run around after we had been gone hiking all day. The fire pit was great and wood was even provided. The place had everything we needed to cook, was easy to keep cool with the AC units and had a great patio with a table and chairs for sipping cocktails at the end of the day. Thank you for letting us bring our pups! It is always hard to find places to stay that allow dogs and we were so happy to have them with us for the weekend. We will definitely be back again!

Family trip to Zion and Bryce for Spring Break. Comfortable beds for our family of five. Nice kitchen and outdoor gas grill that we used for all of our breakfasts and dinner meals. Quaint deck to sit and enjoy the nice lawn and views of Orderville Canyon. Easy to park and access and Micah was always responsive to our questions.

Great place to stay
This property was very clean and well maintained. Micah was great to deal with. We had a small issue with the door code and it was taken care of right away. Before we made our decision to stay here Micah responded promptly to all my questions. The location was perfectly located between Bryce Canyon and Zion. I would definitely recommend this property!,,
