1 double bedroom with private bathroom, plus a single sofa bed, which can be opened if necessary.

in the living / dining room, 1 king-size sofa bed that can be opened if necessary.
Second full service.

The apartment is very quiet with a fully equipped kitchen,
washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV, independent heating, air conditioning,
2 bathrooms with showers complete with towels,
possibility of midweek cleaning for stays longer than 7 days.

You enter through a private door, climb a ladder and find 2 very similar apartments (both 4 to 7 beds) one overlooks a canal and one on the street.
Possibility to deposit your bags at check-out which is at 10am.

At check-in from 16 pm, if you wish, one person will pick you up at the Rialto vaporetto stop, and the cost of the arrival and opening and presentation of the apartment with key delivery is 25 euros a day until 20,
from 20 to 22 = 50 euros total,
from 24 onwards = 70 euros total.
You will also have phone numbers and we will be available in the area.

Smoking in the house is prohibited.

Castello is the most central district of Venice, 10 minutes from San Marco, 5 from Rialto, near the Malibran Theater, 10 minutes from the Goldoni Theater, 10 minutes from the means to visit the islands Murano, Burano, Torcello.
In the field below the house there is a COOP Supermarket open every day, there are all the most useful shops, newsstands, pastry shops, barbers, bars, restaurants, etc.
In Rialto there is the fruit and fish market.

You arrive in Rialto by public transport and from there you can reach the apartment in 5 minutes, there are also luggage racks that can take you home.
If you want to take advantage of a private taxi service, you can reach the house.
we offer the possibility to book a taxi at Check-in or Check-out.

The apartment for 1 to 4 people costs 200 euros a day,
from 5 to 7 people, 260 euros per day.
Final cleaning 60 euros.
City tax 4.00 euros per person per day up to 5 days.
Children up to 9 years do not pay the tourist tax.
