New villa 10 minutes from the beach

PROMO in May
At the foot of the mountain of Cagne but near the beaches of Pianotolli (15 minutes by car) the house is located in a quiet residential area because served by a dead end road.
The villa has three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a television for the adult bedrooms (160x200 beds) two bathrooms and a large lounge / dining room / kitchen of 50m2.
The large terrace facing south leads to the pool (secured by electric roller shutter), you can enjoy your meals under the shade of the sails and have at your disposal six sunbathing and a barbecue weber gas.
The house also has air conditioning in each room that you can adjust at your convenience.
The garden is full of flowers and olive trees and arbutus. Access is via a motorized gate.
The entrance to the premises is between 16h and 20h, departures around 9am

Fantastic stay in very well-kept place
We enjoyed our week in this beautiful house. The pool is amazing - a great size for the benefit of the whole family. The house is very well-kept and was perfectly clean. We felt at home from the first moment and profited from the practical location to discover the beauties of Southern Corse. Thank you!

Pure relaxation in a beautiful house with private pool
We very much enjoyed 9 days in this wonderful location. The house is very clean, large and the owners are very nice. There are 3 bedrooms which is perfect for a bigger family or grandparents who want to join. The pool is large and it was regularly checked and cleaned by the owners. We loved our vacation!

Maison très agréable, très bien entretenue, avec tout le confort à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (Climatisation très performante dans toutes les pièces) Sanitaires et cuisine impeccables. Grande piscine très bien entrenue et barbecue très performant. Les propriétaires sont charmants, et de bon conseil sur les bonnes adresses des environs. Prêt de serviettes de plage, très apprécié pour réduire l'encombrement des valises. Voisinage très calme. Nécessité d'avoir une voiture (pour faire les courses) - Plages environnantes faciles d'accès. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés!

Séjour parfait ! Villa dans un endroit calme, hyper propre, super équipée, bien agencée et proche de tout pour visiter le sud de l'île. Grande piscine impeccable pour les enfants et les adultes. Villa très propre, bien située pour visiter le sud de la Corse. L'environnement est calme et très agréable. Des propriétaires très agréables, une maison très propre, bien équipée, grand espace de vie, belle terrasse en bois donnant sur la piscine. Besoin de prendre la voiture pour les courses et aller à la plage mais endroit très calme que ce soit pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Mes amis et moi nous recommandons.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Groß und sehr hell. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und neuwertig. Die Badezimmer sind geräumig und ebenfalls sehr hell. Die Küche läd zum Kochen ein. Draußen inmitten der großen Veranda liegt der herrliche Swimmingpool. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zusammen mit der wunderschönen Landschaft war es der perfekte Ort für einen tollen Urlaub. 5 Sterne von uns!! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben ;-)

Une excellente adresse pour visiter la Corse du Sud
L'annonce est un cran en dessous de la réalité. La maison d'Alice est très bien située et très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine est un vrai plus. Alice nous a réservé un accueil des plus sympathiques et s'est assuré tout au long du séjour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Cette maison a grandement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Nous venons de passer un séjour inoubliable, en famille, dans une maison en tous points idéale. Placée à environ 30 mn de Bonifacio et de Porto Vecchio, elle est parfaitement située pour une découverte de cette magnifique région. 15 jours de vacances de rêve non seulement en raison de l'île de beauté par elle même mais également concernant cette magnifique villa, extrêmement bien entretenue, d'une propreté irréprochable, tout le confort y est réuni, il ne manque absolument rien ! Une piscine superbe également très bien entretenue . L'endroit est incroyablement calme ,le bonheur pour une recherche de tranquillité et bien situé géographiquement entre Bonifacio et Porto-Vecchio . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables , à l'écoute du moindre renseignement. Pour résumer je conseille cette location à tous pour passer un merveilleux séjour . Fabulously relaxing Stay
We had such a lovely stay at Alice and Patrick's property. Our arrival was very delayed and they went out of their way to accommodate us, helping us out with late-night groceries and settling us in at a very late hour. The house is well furnished, and clean, the pool delicious, the rooms bright and airy and the location (quiet and outside of bustle but only 10 minutes from the shops) was brilliant as well. Communications with Alice were very easy and she responds very quickly. We had a lovely and relaxing time and heartily recommend this property and these hosts.
