About this property

Casa "Camilla" is a newly built, modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished house. The house is located within a private village a few meters from the sea and with direct access to the beach. In addition, the condo has a small green lung of 5500sqm, where you can jog or relax in the pine forest not far from a cliff. The house is 100 meters from the beach and consists of a large living room with dining area and kitchenette (fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, full HD satellite TV, Wi-Fi and alarm) Double bedroom (also available with cot), bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. Garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, parking space. Washing machine with washing machine is shared with the owner. The prices shown include water and gas charges, assistance throughout the stay and final cleaning (included only in July and August).
At about 700 mt from the house you can walk to the center of the village of Solanas where there are markets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy and weekly market.

Prachtig appartement, mooie locatie

Heel mooi appartement met daarin alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijn terras. Locatie is geweldig: paar minuten lopen naar een werkelijk heel mooi strand. Eigenaar is extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Very pleasant stay

The landlord Mauro was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was modern, very clean and had everything that was needed. The proximity to the beach was another plus.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr nettem Gastgeber

die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wie schon Gäste vor uns geschrieben hatten, wäre eine Spülmaschine schön, aber bei zwei Personen geht's auch ohne. Mauro ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber , der sich um uns sehr bemüht hat. Auf alle Fragen jeglicher Art hat er umgehend un umfassend Auskunft gegeben. Solanas ist ein (außerhalb der Ferienzeit) ein kleiner umd beschaulicher Ort, man hat seine Ruhe, unter der Woche viel Platz am Strand und die beste Pizzeria. Um kleinere Einkäufe zu tätigen reicht der Laden im Ort, ansonsten muss man nach Villasimius in die Supermärkte, aber das ist kein Problem.

Schöner Urlaub in Solanas

Mauro ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, der uns in Solanas herzlich willkommen geheißen hat. Die Souterrainwohnung mit eigenem Garten und überdachter Terrasse ist sehr ordentlich und gut eingereicht. Für uns als Familie war sie die ideale Unterkunft für einen Urlaub, den wir überwiegend draußen verbracht haben. Der Strand in Solanas ist einfach nur toll. Im Oktober, in dem man noch gut baden kann, hatten wir ihn mehr oder weniger für uns alleine. Der Ort selbst war im Oktober schon sehr verlassen und hatte nicht viel zu bieten. Die Restaurants waren allesamt geschlossen. Die Lage des Örtchens in der Nähe Vilasimius und Cagliari bietet - eine Auto vor Ort vorausgesetzt - jedoch alles was man benötigt.

Una casa molto accogliente

Al nostro arrivo Mauro ci ha accolti con un bel sorriso e nel frigo non mancavano acqua, latte per la nostra piccola Lisa, succo e una bottiglia di vino bianco molto gradita. La casa è molto curata, pulita, attrezzata e arredata con buon gusto. Materassi e guanciali comodi e puliti, piatti, padelle e pentole in ottimo stato. Niente casino e tanto relax. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Mauro ist ein sehr super Gastgeber. Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt, eine kalte Flasche Wein stand auf dem Tisch und alles für ein erstes Frühstück war auch vorhanden. Solanas hat einen schönen Strand und eignet sich auch hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt zu weiteren tollen Stränden oder einen Besuch in Cagliari. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es eine schöne Grillstelle, die wir mehrfach genutzt haben. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass vor Ort ein Auto benötigt wird, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 15-20 Autominuten entfernt.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Badeurlaub

Mauro ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer. Entsprechend warm wird es in dem Schlafzimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Die Küche verfügt über keine Spülmaschine. Nicht schlimm, aber erwähnenswert. Das Haus ist ca. 100m vom Meer entfernt - der Weg ist zwar steil, aber gut machbar. Der Ort selbst ist ruhig und es gibt wenig zu sehen. Wer in einen größeren Supermarkt möchte, muss in den nächstgelegenen Ort fahren. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Erholsam und entspannt

Moderne und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Für Familie mit Kindern optimal, da der Strand sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Strand und Wasser sind wunderbar. Solanas ist eine beschaulicher Ort. Für Einkäufe empfiehlt sich ein Ausflug in die Hauptstadt. Weitere Strände sind auch sehr schnell mit dem PKW erreichbar. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das einzige was noch fehlt ist ein Geschirrspüler....

Wonderful stay

Mauro is a fantastic host .. he was there to greet us and was there to wave goodbye as we left .. house was exactly as described .. AC was ice cold (even at 38 Celsius) ... due to parking (right by the house), recommend a smaller car .. parking is tight so there may be some difficulty with a large car .. small to mid size is perfect. The beach is just a short walk from the house .. wonderful clear blue water .. snorkeling along the rocks was nice. Water was cool when you first get in, but then feels like bath water after a few minutes, very refreshing. Highly recommend this hidden gem ..

Gute Lage am südöstlichen Rand

Wirklich schön und modern aber nicht frostig eingerichtet. Effektive Klimaanlage. Schöne Terasse. Solanas ist gut gelegen zwischen Cagliari und Costa Rey. Tolle Strände in 10-25 min Fahrt.

Family Holiday

We had a relaxing family holiday staying at Casa Camilla in June. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet village next to a beautiful beach. The village has a small playground, restaurants, a weekly fruit & veg market and a shop where you can buy some basics. There is an excellent food market, Commerciale da Palmira, only 10 minutes drive away in Torre Delle Stelle. A car is essential. Mauro was a very good host and always contactable.

Appartement bien placé et très bien équipé

Merci Mauro pour ce superbe appartement, décoré avec goût et parfaitement agencé pour une famille de 4 personnes. L’endroit est très calme et super bien placé à proximité immédiate d’une magnifique plage de sable. Tout est là, pour les enfants même en bas âge (chaise haute, lit, couverts en plastique...), pour la plage (chaises, parasol, jouets de sable), pour la cuisine, rien ne manquait! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und toller Strand

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, in sehr gutem Zustand, und ein sehr schöner Strand, der im April sehr leer war. Ein wirklich sehr netter Vermieter, alles hat problemlos geklappt und wir durften am Abreisetag sogar länger in der Wohnung bleiben. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage auf Sardinien in Solanas verbracht. Die Wohnung war so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben, an alles war gedacht, sogar Spielzeug für den Strand war vorhanden. Wir, besonders unsere Enkelin, haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Mauro das wir ein paar Stunden länger bleiben durften.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit sehr freundlichem Vermieter

Eine nette kleine Wohnung mit vielen bekannten IKEA-Teilen. Der Vermieter Mauro ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand sind es weniger als 100 m, aber an einigen Stellen recht steil. Strandsonnenschirm und ein paar Strandklappstühle sind auch vorhanden und man kann sie leicht zum Strand mitnehmen. Das Wasser ist super klar und sauber. Der Ort wird überwiegend von Italienern in der Saison frequentiert. Mitte September sind viele Feriendomizile schon verlassen, aber alles wirkt dann auch ruhiger - fast verschlafen. Viele auch z.T. auch etwas schönere Strände findet man Richtung Villasimius und Costa Rei. Da der SAT auf Hotbird 13 Grad steht hat man keine (außer ARTE) deutschsprachigen Sender (wer Italienisch, französisch oder arabisch kann ist im Vorteil ;-). Aber über WLAN kann man sich zumindest die Nachrichten ansehen bzw. lesen. Küche und Vorratsraum mit großem Kühlschrank sind gut ausgestattet. Zum entspannen in einer mediterran, italienisch geprägten Umgebung ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic holiday by the sea

We spent two weeks at the Camilla House for what was a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is superbly appointed with everything you need and Mauro and his family were the perfect hosts welcoming us late at night after a 12hour flight delay and provided refreshments for a frazzled family. The beach is a short and pleasant walk and was great for relaxing, swimming and generally enjoying the sunshine! The local town has restaurants and shops and there was music on a couple of the evenings. All in all a great holiday, thank you Mauro!

Tolle Ferienwohnung und super netter Vermieter

Die Frrienwohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und nur 100m vom Meer, welches über einen Privatweg erreichbar ist. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche bei Mauro. Mauro ist ein sehr netter Vermieter der sehr gut Englisch spricht. Kleines Problemchen war nur der Privatweg zum Strand, der auch gleichzeitig die Auto-Auffahrt ist. Aufgrund des ungewöhnlichen Regens im August war die Lehm-Straße furchendurchzogen. Aber dafür kann niemand etwas, und Mauro meinte nächstes Jahr wird die Straße mit Asphalt bedeckt und besser befahrbar gemacht. Aber ein Auto mit geringer Bodenfreihat hätte sicher Probleme ohne aufzusitzen die Straße zu meistern.

schöne Wohnung

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter Mauro. Die Wohnung ist schön und gepflegt und kann von uns empfohlen werden. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Matratze des Doppelbettes sollte getauscht werden, da sie schon sehr durchgelegen ist. Trotzdem haben wir wunderbare Tage in der Wohnung gehabt.

Great apartment, modern and clean, all necessities for family, fantastic host, convenient for beach

We are a family of four and had a great stay at Mauro's apartment. It was modern, clean and had all the essentials. Mauro was a great host and ensured we had everything covered. Located close to beach but as we also had a hire car, the airport, other beaches, large town, supermarket, water park, Cagliari and its attractions were all within reasonable driving distance.

Gute Ferienwohnung von einem sehr sympathischen, stets hilfsbereiten Vermieter!

Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in leichter Hanglage in Solanas, einem eher ruhigen Dorf. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine unbefestigte Privatstraße direkt zum Strand (Entfernung geschätzt 100 - 150 Meter). Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Z. B. mit: Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Regale für Einkäufe, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Sonnenschirme für den Strand, usw. Auch Spülmittel, eine kleine Auswahl von Gewürzen etc. sind vorhanden. Es fehlt Nichts, wenn man im Urlaub mal auf den Geschirrspüler verzichten kann. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über Klimaanlagen im kombinierten Küchen- und Wohnbereich sowie im Schlafzimmer. Eine Loungeecke und ein Tisch mit Stühlen für 4 Personen finden sich auf der nach Osten ausgerichteten Terrasse. Vermieter: Der Vermieter (Mauro) wohnt oben im Haus, über dem Mietobjekt. Er spricht sehr gut englisch, reagiert umgehend (auch auf E-Mails oder Whatsapp-Nachrichten) und hilft, wo er kann - ein sehr sympathischer Mensch!! Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine leckere Flasche Wein. Auch hatte Mauro an Kleinigkeiten für den ersten Hunger gedacht... Perfekt! Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
