Built on three levels, thanks to its exceptional geographical location it is close to the city center (900m), the casino (800m) the ski slopes (1.5km), the lake (100m), an ice rink (500m). it has two large south-facing balconies overlooking Lake GERARDMER as well as a 40m2 covered and heated swimming pool with shower.

You will stay in a warm Savoyard-style chalet with five personalized bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, a large living room and an open-plan kitchen, a billiard room with air hockey and a sauna.
