Schönes Appartement in Top Lage
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Appartement liegt super zentral. 50 m zum Strand. Toller Strand. Ca. 1 km zu Fuß zur Innenstadt, Aldi, Rossmann, Café und viele Restaurants um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement gerne weiter.

Estancia espectacular
Hemos ido dos parejas con niños pequeños y desde el primer dia la hemos sentido como nuestra casa. Súper limpia, al lado de la playa y de restaurantes para comer. Muy cerca del puerto y del centro del pueblo. Nos recibió Bernardo, el dueño que es encantador. Repetiremos!!!

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à Denia. L'appartement est très bien, bien décoré , confortable et propre. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus! A quelques mètres de la plage et des commodités. Le propriétaire très gentil. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial
Das Objekt befindet sich in der oberen Etage des Gebäudes. Dadurch hat man einen Meerblick, leider ist dies auch ein Problem, Blick zum Nachbarn ( Müllhalde) sowie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung den ganzen Tag. Dies hat zu Folge, das sich das Objekt extrem aufheizt, die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Klimaanlage, befindet lediglich nur im Wohnzimmer, die Leistung ist recht schwach. Dadurch ist man gezwungen, zum schlafen die Fenster zu öffnen, wobei der nächtliche Lärm, durch die Hauptstraße nach Las Marinas schon sehr störend war. In der Wohnung wurden bereits Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, Schlafräume, Wohnzimmer und Bäder waren sehr schön. Leider wurde die Küche vergessen, dies Bedarf dringend einen Austausch, z.b. beschädigte Schränke, Rost, Backofen wird nur lauwarm, Arbeitsplatte aufgequollen, leicht muffiger Geruch in den Küchenschränken... Schön war es auf der vorderen Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick aufs Meer zu genießen, auf der hinteren Terrasse wären ein paar Liegen zum Sonnen schön gewesen. Dies ist keine bösartige Kritik, sondern nur ein Hinweis auf Verbesserungen...

Totalt var detta ett utmärkt alternativ med enkelt men bra boende, närheten till stranden och staden. Våra värdar var mycket lyhörda för våra önskemål. Vi åker tillbaka nästa år igen.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem schmalen Streifen, hat ein elektrisches Tor und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Es kann niemand rein, der keinen Schlüssel hat. So kann man sich sicher fühlen. Wir waren im Dezember in Dénia und die ersten Tage war es überraschend warm, auch abends. Besonders schön sind die beiden Sonnenterrassen, dort hatten wir bis Abends Sonne. Als dann die Temperaturen fielen, war es teilweise ungemütlich in der Wohnung. Vielleicht hätten wir mehr heizen sollen. Ich denke, dieses Domizil ist perfekt für den Sommer. Was uns gestört hat, waren die Renovierungsarbeiten in der Wohnung unter uns. Leider machen die Spanier auch vor dem Wochenende nicht halt, wenn es was zu tun gibt und wir wollten gerne Ruhe haben. Das haben wir versucht, dem Vermieter zu vermitteln, aber mit dem Google Übersetzer hat das nicht so geklappt. Das hätte der Vermieter anders planen können, wenn keine Gäste da sind. Trotzdem war der Vermieter immer höflich und hilfsbereit.

Maravillosa casa en una zona inmejorable
Casa limpisima y con todas las comodidades, silenciosa y agradable, muy luminosa y a 2 minutos andando de la playa, con varios restaurantes y un supermercado justo enfrente. Muy buena comunicación con los propietarios, que nos solucionaron rápidamente cualquier duda. Volveremos!

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble...
Un environnement très calme et familial (voie privée). Joli appartement à 50 mètres à pied de la plage Les Marines. Des hôtes très disponibles. Quelques regrets : la climatisation partielle (dans le séjour uniquement), pas de lave-vaisselle et une connexion wi-fi très lente....

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer
Wir waren für 2.5 Wochen in Denia. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top, man ist in einer Minute am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zentrum und der Hafen sind in ca 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Denia ist ein toller Urlaubsort. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern Africa und Bernado war nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt;-)

Super schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung war super schön. Die Lage 50m von Strand und nur wenige Minuten nach Denia zum Zentrum waren sehr angenehm. Sehr ruhig und durch den privaten Eingang zum Gelände und den eigenen Weg zum Strand hatten wir immer ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec la plage et la possibilité de rejoindre le port à pieds.
