Comfortable bed, good shower. Short walk to use the public transportation. Buses would be my recommendation instead of the green line train. Roku tv was interesting. You can watch local news from almost any city. Matt provided good coffee and the grocery store was within walking distance.
The property was clean, provided everything needed, and perfectly located for visiting St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Roseville. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops. Very nice owners. It was an excellent choice!
I found this place perfect for me. Private, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hosts communicated with me well so I understood the procedure. I appreciated being so close to where my folks live and in a familiar neighborhood.

Absolutely Wonderful!
This was my best VRBO experience yet! The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful. They provide a number of special amenities for their guests, lots of little extras. The apartment and unfinished bathroom were clean and comfortable. Both a fan and space heater were provided for comfort. If this home is available on a future trip, I would definitely stay again!

Great stay!
Stayed April 6-9, enjoyed our stay a lot. Matt was very accommodating and made sure there was plenty of amenities available, he even had water and a bottle of wine in the apartment, which my wife enjoyed! I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Minneapolis/St Paul area and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thanks for the great stay Matt!

Great Place to Stay
The apartment had everything I needed and more. I could not have found a better place and with great hospitality. Next time I'm in St. Paul and will definitely try and stay here again. Close Uber rides to everywhere I wanted to go.

Well, you asked...
Two stars.
The Pros: The homeowner was nice, although we only saw her for 5 minutes when we first arrived. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with lots of coffee, a water dispenser and paper plates and plastic cutlery. We did not drink the bottle of Two Buck Chuck.
The Cons: This is a partially finished basement with low ceilings; I had to duck under doorways and the exposed pipes in the bathroom. The couch was an Ikea frame that was oddly without cushions. The bathroom is unheated and the family’s utilities and laundry are separated with a series of shower curtains. The low ceilings, lack of natural light and stiff furniture do not invite you to linger.
That said, it was very quiet, except for Friday night, which we will forever remember as “the night of the living sub-woofer” until 3:30am. Truthfully, I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the upstairs or an adjacent house, but when we arrived home to the red porch light (which had been dark up until that night), we decided not to investigate.
If your daughter was putting you up in her first house, this would be a fine place to stay. But…..you’re paying for this.

Clean, quiet, welcoming, and convenient!
We stayed here during TC marathon weekend. The place was clean and quiet, and it was very convenient for us to get to and from race events. The owners were friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine in the room. We came back from the race to homemade treats, and they provided a selection of coffee choices for the Kuerig. Those special touches were unexpected and appreciated!

Quiet, private comfortable room
Quiet, private comfortable room. The young couple were very hospitable, went beyond what I expected in helping me out. I felt safe and secure and it was a convenient place for me while visiting a friend. It was a clean room with mostly new furnishings. I believe they are just starting out in the hospitality career and they're doing a great job so far
