About this property

This 3/2 condo, on the third floor, will be a fabulous family retreat for summer holiday, fall weekend escapes, Thanksgiving, Christmas or a family spring break event! Sleeps 6 comfortably and 7 if you utilize the sofa--King, Queen and Two Twin beds, fully stocked kitchen and wrap around balcony with an ocean view. Seaside offers many shared amenities that guests are welcome to use: Pools (1 heated indoor and 2 outdoor), steam room, BBQ area, wet bar, boardwalk, wi-fi, walkway to the beach, outside shower, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, parking for two vehicles (you will purchase your parking passes upon arrival).

The unit is on the 3rd floor and is a corner unit and over 1,300 square feet--a Seaside super size unit. There are only 9 of these.

PLEASE NOTE: Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking in units or on balconies. There are some designated spots on the grounds where smoking is allowed.

Wonderful stay

This is our second year to stay in this condo-it is always clean when we arrive-It is close to a lot of things to do & easy access to the beach, which is a plus-We had a wonderful week!!

Perfect location!

Great location, mostly quiet. The neighbors and security guards were very friendly and welcoming. We never had any issues with parking and I felt safe letting the older kids walk off on their own.

Extended family vacation

We had 2 condos in the complex. Both were wonderful! We vacationed with our 3 grown children & their spouses and 5 grandkids: Will hopefully be back some day. Best family vacation!

Great condo!

All communication with the host was fast and friendly. We loved the location and it was perfect to have 3 bedrooms. My only issue is the master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the condo. Thankfully we brought an additional fan. But other than that it was great! Would definitely come back.

Loved the condo-very nice-the only complaint would be construction work all day-at times we left the condo just so We didn’t have to listen to it-very loud & noisey & annoying-needs to be done in off season not peak season-great access to beach & that was a big plus!!

I just checked out today and what a great time. The condo was great. Has everything you need for a great time. Decorated very nice and the matresses were great in the condo. We left some beach toys in one of the closets along with a box fan for those that have to have one to sleep. It is on the 3rd floor which is great for view and to not have to take elevator if you prefer stairs. You will not be disappointed if you reserve this condo.

Vacation 2021

Had a good vacation just wont bring my mother next time. Pictures was just exact as listed. Wasnt too happy about finding blood on the sheets and pillows. So we had too wash all the sheets and pillow covers. Construction was noisy at times but couldnt help that bc they was at the end of it. Close to restaurants and some shopping areas. Over all pleased with the rest. the security guards were nice and helpful

Great Location, Noisy

Communication with owner was great and very quick responses to my questions. We were confused about paying $50 to park as there was different prices stated in paperwork. The bed mattress were very comfortable as well as the cozy living room. Having three pools to visit were very nice. There was two rolls of toilet paper in the condo for the whole week, so be prepared to bring your own! The construction noise was horrible. It was constant, high pitched drilling in concrete every day from 9-5. You heard it in the condo, the balcony, and the pool. It was very disturbing especially with special needs children who were sensitive to noise and nap time.

Nice Condo, plenty of room

Had everything we needed with plenty of room. Had a short walk to the beach and that was a plus. Had an easy check in and check out. I really have no complaints and would consider staying again.

Last summer hoorah

It was great no complaints at all just as listed enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and all the extras in the kids closet. The fluffy blankets in living room and board games were great I would also recommend going to Cowbell’s Rolled Ice Cream Shop close by .
