The newly remodeled direct oceanfront condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a private balcony, which offers breathtaking ocean views!!! Image yourself relaxing on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease, just nature at its best.

As you walk-in, the wood like vinyl floors creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The new living room furniture has a recliner leather sofa, a leather recliner chair, a 50-inch smart TV and WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator with an ice machine, glass top stove and oven, microwave, and plenty of kitchenware to create your family meals. With families in mind, the dining table seats six.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with an ocean view, smart TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a marble countertop and a bathtub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, marble countertop and herringbone back splash.

Even on vacation, it makes life easier having an inside washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and more. The complex is known for resort like accommodations to include two pools with plenty of seating and shaded areas, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. Loved the area, great shops and restaurants Setting beautiful. We had gorgeous weather too. We had a problem two days prior to check out. They resurfaced the parking lot and wanted all cars off. There was no parking available, except on street or dirt surfaces. A better way would have been to do 1/2 at a time.After several calls, we were compensated for our inconvenience.

My husband and I, our daughter and my parents enjoyed this property for a week! The location is amazing and the complex has a fantastic set up allowing you to easily enjoy the beach and the pool (basically at the same time). The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. Melynda was quick to respond with any questions or concerns and quickly resolved a small problem we experienced with an appliance. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

We will be back!
We had an absolutely incredible time staying at this condo. First of all the condo itself is amazing, so beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a fantastic view of the ocean and watched the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool, using grills and playing on the beach. The people were awesome and it was super well kept and the environment was nice and chill not party central which was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back next year!

We rented this unit for a long Labor Day weekend celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. The condo was very nice. The view was beautiful. The condo was just as described in the listing. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived but with prompt help from the property manager, it was up and running in a short time. The furniture was comfy, beds were firm but comfy, condo was well stocked with towels, bedding, any kitchen supplies you need, chairs for the beach, toys for the beach...anything you need. The condo is very close to the elevator which is always a plus. The complex was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again! We love New Smyrna Beach!

The property was clean & spacious with a cute coastal decor. As a family of 5, the kids each had their own bed & no one had to sleep on the pull out couch. The kids loved the direct access to the beach via the pool deck. New Smyrna Beach was a great beach town … we appreciated that so many amenities were in close proximity to the Pelican. Been staying at the Pelican every summer since 2017 and you can’t beat the location. View from this unit was good but balcony is a little tight for more than 2 people. Unit was comfortable but the pictures were not accurate as the front room has 2 beds when we were expecting a pull out and chairs. Overall the unit is dated and needs some updates but worked for our needs. AC filter appeared to have needed a change for a good while and the large yellow stain on the front guest bed was a surprise when we removed the sheets at the end of the stay as directed in the condo guide. Only 1 parking pass offered for peak month as well.

Oceanfront complex with 600 feet of beach/oceanfront property is perfect offering an oceanfront pool, which is heated in the winter and shuffle board courts. There are poolside lounge chairs to soak up the sun, large shaded areas to cool off and gas grills throughout.
