problèmes chauffage et télévision

pendant les 2 semaines de séjour, nous avons toujours eu des problèmes de chauffage (obligation de récupérer un chauffage bain d'huile dans l'appartement voisin) et de très mauvaise réception de la télévision française. Denise a toujours été réactive pour faire intervenir les différents dépanneurs mais les problèmes ont persisté quasiment journellement.

Maravilloso!

El apartamento es estupendo, no le falta detalle y todo muy limpio. Las vistas son impresionantes, parece que vas en un barco porque está encima del mar. Sólo atravesar un pequeño jardín precioso y estás en la arena.... Tiene una pequeña piscina muy agradable. Nos atendió Denise, una persona muy simpática y acogedora. Repetiremos seguro!!!

séjour super ensoleillé

nous avons résidé quatre semaines dans cet appartement de Mr et Mme NATU, et celà fait deux années que nous y allons et toujours aussi enchantés de cette résidence avec un appartement super ! En plus nous avons eu un temps splendide, sauf je crois deux ou trois journées avec la pluie ! Si nous pouvons y retourner ce sera toujours dans cette résidence, sauf bien sûr si disponibe .

Très agréable avec le bruit des vagues pour s endormir

Second séjour dans cette petite résidence ou résident essentiellement des espagnols près de la mer . Petite piscine mais très peu â y aller du coup elle est presque privative

Que du bonheur !

La résidence ne peut qu'enchanter tout est là: bel appartement, la plage au bout du jardin ainsi que le restaurant si on ne veux pas faire la cuisine ou utiliser le barbecue à disposition dans le jardin. Et.... la mer belle et chaude à souhait !!

Très belle location

Nous avons passés avec nos petits enfants de belles vacances dans cette superbe location avec une belle vue mer de toutes les pièces. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux. La piscine est un plus. Les abris pour voiture à l'ombre sont appréciables vu les fortes chaleurs comme la climatisation de l'appartement. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. La personne qui nous a reçu pour l accueil à été très aimable et à notre disposition on la remercie et le fait qu'elle nous parle en français était parfait. Le jardin est magnifique avec ses superbes palmiers et bien entretenu. Voilà tout est dit. N'hésitez pas à le louer, de plus Denia est une jolie ville avec beaucoup d'animations.

très belle situation géographique

Très bel emplacement avec la vue dégagée sur la mer, séjour très agréable malgré quelques petits travaux pendant notre séjour. La location mériterait une révision générale avant la saison touristique et de remplacer tout ce qui est cassé ou en mauvais état, mais nous y avons passé un très très bon séjour.

Super séjour !

Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé et super bien situé. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la plage et la mer. Il est plaisant de pouvoir rêvasser en marchant longtemps le long du rivage ou s'allonger sur le sable en sachant que son logis est accessible à pied tranquillement... et aussi de pouvoir en profiter depuis le jardin ou la terrasse ! Dénia est une ville à taille humaine très agréable et parfumé naturellement aux fleurs des orangers. Depuis le massif Montgo de superbes vues. Les destinations autour de Dénia à 1h ou 1h30 de voiture sont variées et intéressantes. De très belle vue aussi du haut du col de Rates ou du château de Xativa. Ne pas hésiter !

Appartement "les pieds dans l'eau"

Notre séjour de 2 semaines a été très agréable dans cet appartement quasiment sur la plage. La propreté des lieux, le calme et la vue sur la mer ont été très appréciables. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Nous reviendrons certainement. T. PAGE

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement très agréable et très propre et climatisé. Il est situé pratiquement sur la plage, on voit la mer depuis toutes les fenêtres. La résidence composée de 12 appartements seulement est très calme même en pleine saison et elle est très bien entretenue. Un seul regret, n'y avoir passé qu'une semaine !
