Beautiful residence next to the new vallarta canal, ideal for an unforgettable holiday.

The house has its own pool, 3 bedrooms (the main one with bathroom, jacuzzi and terrace, the second and third bedrooms have 2 double beds each and share a bathroom), the house has a living room, dining room, billiards, large garden.

It has air conditioning in all rooms and in the billiard area.

It has sky tv in living room and master bedroom.

The pool can have hot water if desired, but the cost of it must be covered by the client.

the light is not included in the reserve price so 10 pesos are charged per kW consumed.

More people are accepted at extra cost.

Stay in beautiful mexic

House was very large and clean internet very insecure credit card got compromised the second day to the tune of 6700.00 no hot water on main floor . 70 years old and packing buckets of hot water from upstairs or boiling water to do dishes was a major pain. pool always cold cause it leaked when pump was on and had to be filled four or five inches every two to three days you could pay to heat it but would be a waste of money the back yard is totally amazing with the canal right there saw many crocodiles fish birds of many types caretaker ole was very good did not speak English but called a friend that did to offer clean sheets and towels it was only beach towels none in bathrooms no dryer but clothes line which I’m good with but only 8 old clothes pegs that would not hold any thing on line also no iron. Realize it’s Mexico but small things like this could have been addressed. Too bad !!!
