Un moment magique

Appartement idéalement situé au bord du canal d'arrivée à la mer avec un chouette balcon qui permet de regarder défiler des bateaux. quand on aime ça c'est génial. L'appartement est très bien agencé, refait à neuf. Salle de bains et cuisine au top et très bien équipées. Lit avec un matelas hyper confort et grande penderie dans la chambre. Proche du bord de mer et de la ville, je recommande sans hésiter et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Het was oké

We hebben ons prima vermaakt in en rondom het appartement. We zijn bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen op de dag van aankomst. Het appartement is erg schoon, het is niet zo groot als sommige recensies en de omschrijving beweren. Desondanks hebben wij ons met zijn tweeën prima vermaakt. De locatie is erg leuk maar als je de rest van Empuria wilt zien heb je wel een auto nodig want lopen is geen optie.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hindernissen

Vorab gilt es zu erwähnen, das der Besitzer der Immobilie stets bemüht war uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir wurden von ihm bei der Anreise persönlich, abseits der regulären Check-in Zeiten empfangen und er erkundigte sich im Verlauf mehrfach nach unserem Befinden. Bedauerlicherweise machte die Agentur, welche im Regelfall der eigentliche Ansprechpartner wäre, einen wesentlich schlechteren Job. Die Kommunikation fiel grundsätzlich schwierig aus, da man lediglich Spanisch und Französisch verstand, nicht aber Englisch. Unsere früh geäußerten Einwände bezüglich der Sauberkeit der Wohnung, wurden zunächst von einem Vertreter aufgenommen, der uns zusicherte, sich nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter am Folgetag zu melden, allerdings hörten wir im Anschluss nie wieder von ihm. Der ausgeschriebene Parkplatz, meint die öffentlichen Parkplätze der Umgebung, das ausgeschriebene W-Lan, ist das der Stadt (kostenpflichtig und in der Wohnung für uns nicht zu empfangen). Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und der Urlaub war schön, allerdings hatten wir uns die o.g. Punkte zuvor anders vorgstellt.

Ein absolute Traum Wohnung mit einen Hammer Blick auf Kanal

Der Wohnung ist ein Traum. Er ist super geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben eine Woche drin verbracht mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder. Die Küche ist Top eingerichtet und es fehlt nicht, wenn man Kleinigkeiten kochen will. Die Betten und Matratze sich sehr sauber und in gute Qualität, das man da sehr gut schlafen kann, und zwar auch die Schlafsofa, was nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Die Badezimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sehr schön. Aber der absolute Hammer ist der Größe Balkon. Ein Traum. Unbezahlbar. Man kann der ganzen Tag nur da zu sitzen und die Boote und das bunte treiben auf den Kanal beobachten. Eine phänomenale Vorstellung. Der Service und Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Der ganze Zeit immer erreichbar und immer bemüht bei alle Fragen zu helfen. Ein weitere Punk der ich gerne ansprechen will ist, das ich bei der Rückreise ein Anruf bekommen habe, das ich mein Computer in der Wohnung vergessen habe. Es wurde mir auch sofort vorgeschlagen, mir den sofort per Post zu senden. Das würde auch sofort gemacht. Alles hat gut geklappt und wunderbar funktioniert. Das ist sehr nett und ich kann mich nur bedanken, für diese Korrekte und Professionelle verhalten. Ich kann diese Wohnung zu 1000% empfehlen und alle zukünftigen Besucher wünschen wir das sie genau so eine schöne Aufenthalt haben wie wir hatten.

Vacances parfaites

Très bon environnement, plage sauvage , le parc naturel, parfait pour faire des balades. L'appartement est très lumineux et très bien situé, proche de tout sans être trop près du centre un peu trop bruyant pour nous. L'appartement est très calme. Jolie terrasse. Peut être acheter une essoreuse à salade. A bientôt.

Très bonnes vacances !

L'appartement était très propre, calme et très joliment décoré. Les lits sont très bons, ce qui était important pour notre mal de dos. Le spectacle des bateaux qui passent devant les fenêtres est magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la bouteille de champagne à notre arrivée. La région est très belle et les gens très accueillants. Belle découverte.

Superbe appartement

Nous sommes un couple de retraités, c'est la première fois que nous faisions un réservation via ce site de réservation et c'est le meilleur logement que nous testons à Empuriabrava. L'appartement est très propre, refait à neuf et très calme. La vue sur le canal principal depuis la chambre et ke salon est vraiment superbe. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Excellent séjour!

Très agréable appartement, bien pensé avec une vue superbe sur le canal principal. Les bateaux qui passent est un vrai spectacle, pour le coup c'est très dépaysant. Le quartier est très calme et vraiment très près de la plage sauvage d'empuriabrava. Nous avons très bien était accueilli, le propriétaire est aux petits soins, c'est appréciable. Je le recommande vivement !

Un véritable havre de paix

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 2 enfants. Entre les plages, les balades à vélo, et les bonnes idées de visites conseillées par Mr Masanet, notre plus grand plaisir était de rentrer à l'appartement et profiter de la terrasse : on ne se lasse pas de regarder le va et vient des bateaux...

Séjour au top

Nous avons passé un séjour au top. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute arrangeant et extrêmement sympathique . L’appartement est fonctionnel très propre. Seule la douche s’innonde un peu vite. Sinon tout le reste est parfait pour passer des vacances au calme. Merci à vous

Super cosy et très agréable !

La location est très propre, joliment décorée, et très calme. La localisation est très bien à l'écart de l'agitation et à 2 pas de la plage, c'est top ! Le balai des bateaux devant l'appartement donne un vrai caché à la terrasse. On reviendra l'année prochaine !

Bis zum Strand sind es nicht nur 300m, sondern ein wenig mehr. Sonst alles Perfekt.

Super schöne und sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die anfänglichen kleinen Probleme wie kein SAT Empfang und das überlaufen des Abflusses in der Dusche konnten relativ fix über die Agentur behoben werden. Ein Tipp für die nächsten Mieter : Beim Duschen den Deckel vom Abfluss entfernen, dann setzt man nicht mehr die ganze Wohnung unter Wasser, sondern nur das Bad selbst. Hierzu noch einen kleinen Tipp für den Vermieter : Es gibt für diese Fenster Abzieher auch für den Fußboden mit langem Stiel und es ist mit weniger körperlicher Arbeit verbunden den Boden wieder trocken zu machen. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem Rundum zufrieden. Und so hellhörig ist die Wohnung gar nicht. Aber 1 kleine Beanstandung habe ich dann doch noch. Es betrifft das Spülbecken in der Küche. Wir mussten den ersten Tag mit laufendem Wasser spülen, da der regler um das Becken mit Spülwasser zu füllen defekt ist. Wir haben das Problem mit dem Kauf einer eckigen Plastik Schüssel gelöst. Was für uns kein Problem darstellte. Ansonsten war alles Tip Top. Echt Empfehlenswert. Buchen im nächsten Jahr wieder ein Objekt von dem Vermieter.

Traumlage, schöne kleine Appartement.

Wir waren 12 Tage in Empuriabrava in der Zeit von 24.05 - 06.06.19. Die Unterkunft selber war in eine Top Lage, direkt am Kanal. Auch könnte man in Pollo&Pollo die knapp 250m gut und günstig essen gehen. Zur der Wohnung selber: Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Dusche könnte man besser machen, die läuft leider sehr schnell rüber sodass das Bad schnell Unterwasser steht. Teilweise ist die Wohnung sehr Hellhörig, man kann den Nachtbar gut hören. Wer’s weiß wie in den Hochsaison noch sein wird. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung super und wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und die Lage war sehr Hunde freundlich. Uns hat man versprochen dass wie die Endreinigungskosten zurück bekommen würde, falls wir die Wohnung sauber hinterlassen wurden. Doch das war gelogen, so sauber wie der Vermieter das haben möchte kann keiner putzen. Wie Fenster putzen und Den Boden wischen. Also lieber auf die 60€ verzichten und so hinterlassen wie man es möchte.
