Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Very close to amenities, a lovely neighborhood and the apartment had everything you need for your stay plus beautiful period features!
We stayed at this property while spending a weekend in Paris. The location is great, neighborhood is full of little cafes and restaurants. It’s super easy to access the Metro or bus!
Lots of space and everything we needed. Close to Metro for getting around. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Everything accessible while being in an area that's not overly busy.
Spent 3 nights with husband and daughter at this charming flat. Perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms, nice living room, kitchen and balcony. Communication with Nicholas was fantastic, from the clear check in instructions to the recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. It is very close to the Convention metro station with good service to prime locations, though we ended up using Bolt a lot as it was super convenient for the 3 of us and only about 10 to 12 euros per trip. Lots of great little restaurants and shops in the area. Highly recommend!
The apartment allowed us to stay in a nice, non-touristic neighborhood near family. Subway access was easy and one day we walked back to the apartment from central Paris which was quite nice and not difficult. The additional space which you would not get in a standard hotel was really helpful with two teenage boys as was the ability to use the kitchen when we were tired and did not want to go out.
The host was very accommodating (early check in etc.) and responded to communication quickly. The apartment is stylish, located in a nice neighborhood, and close to a metro stop. To improve, I recommend they buy new pillows, declutter, and leave instructions about how to operate the appliances. Overall I recommend this apartment.
Great communication from the start. Walk everywhere. A number of restaurants and shops near by. Both bedrooms are decent size. Kitchen small- but to be expected. Happy to return!
The apartment was nice. Beds comfy. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Don’t plan on cooking big meals, it’s good for coffee and heating meals. Neighborhood was great, tons of brassiere and Boulanger right around the corner. Super ease access to the metro and getting around the city. I would stay there again.
Just the feel we were looking for. After carrying our bags up to the second floor we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the cute balcony. There were lots of restaurants and markets nearby. At least a 20 minutes metro ride away from all the big tourist sites. Just the perfect size for me, my husband and 2 teenage daughters.

Average property, amazing location
I don’t think you will ever meet a VRBO owner like Nicolas. He was proactive in contacting us and supplied us with resources and recommendations we would have never thought to ask for. All of his suggestions were immensely valuable in our trip planning process. The location of this apartment is truly remarkable. There are shops, patisseries, restaurants and the metro all within a few minutes’ walk from the doorstep. The property was on the smaller side and satisfactory, meeting basic expectations with a few of the amenities not matching what we expected upon arrival (e.g. A/C was not set up). However, nobody comes to Paris to sit in their apartment all day and this property was a fine place to come home to each night and depart from each morning.
The owner was wonderful. extremely helpful.
We are 6 in the group. The apartment is good for four.
The beds really need to be more comfortable with better mattresses and good pillows. The couch was not comfortable at all. So the kids really suffered.

Good enough
I suggest the owner to stay, as experience, 24 hours , 5 persons, in this appartment; the kitchen has not table, is more like a storage place ; the rooms have not wardrobes, the parquet floor creaks very loudly due to its age. These are, in our oppinion, the items what need to be improuved. Thank you.
Beautiful, family friendly apartment in a quieter section of Paris
We came as a family (2 girls ages 11 and 9) to explore Paris. This was my husband’s and my 4th time to the city, but we had never stayed in the 15th arrondisement. The apartment was just as the pictures show-beautiful and full of character. The terrace was a real high point for us, and we used it often for morning coffee, a late afternoon glass of wine, my daughters’ enjoyment of the view. The apartment itself was very comfortable (even during the crazy heatwave!), very well outfitted with everything one needs, and a very short walk to a boulangerie, pharmacy, grocery store, the Metro stop! As a family it was perfect! Being really close to the Convention metro station, and along the 12 Metro line, we found it very handy in getting places, often times never having to change trains more than once. With kids this is important. We will definitely stay here again.

Funky place, needs improvement
The building and apartment itself is full of period character, and the water pressure is great. However, there were a number of things that needed fixing including a broken freezer (so no chance of ice in the 30 degree weather), non functioning dishwasher, clothes rack in one bedroom was missing a bolt and fell apart, missing key kitchen utensils, pillows inadequate, but the most concerning issue was that the shower seems to be a home for both flies and fleas. We killed between 3 and 6 per day in the 13 days we stayed there.
Our expectation was that the place be thoroughly cleaned before we arrived and that doesn’t appear to have been the case, which is why we gave it only one star for cleanliness.
The location was delightful. The price was right. The apartment was serviceable. The rooms were adequate. But they lack places to set or store our clothes, and personal items.
The host indicated that he should have supplied a manual to instruct us on how to operate the combination washer/dryer. We finally did figure it out, but it was a bit of a challenge. The listing said two bathrooms. It’s actually two 1/2 baths: a toilet in one room, and a shower and sink in another room. We made do, but that was not what we had anticipated.
We also wished there was dishwasher soap. One couple didn’t like their bed with the rail around ½ of the bed.
My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and this apartment was a good fit for us. Very clean, nicely decorated and good location, lots of little restaurants and markets nearby. Walking distance to the Porte de Versailles expo center (we attended the Paris Animal Show for the 100 year celebration of the Sacred Birman cat breed.) Nicolas was very helpful when I had questions, and quick to reply! There's one thing that could be clarified on the VRBO description: there is a washing machine, but the dryer is not a typical clothes dryer. It's more of a large heated fan, in the living room, and clothes must be hung over a drying rack with the fan directed at it. (It does the job, but it takes much longer to dry a load of clothes than a tumble dryer.) This might be typical in Paris, but visitors might appreciate knowing what to expect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
