Cozy, new, clean, fresh house with two balconies, second floor with lift, large parking lot adjacent to the house, very close to the sea, reachable on foot. Ideal for excursions to the sea and to the mountains. Ideal for visiting the Ionian coast and the Tyrrhenian coast. Near the center of Ardore and the train station, near the airport of Reggio Calabria and the Strait of Messina. Historic center with bars, supermarkets; near the equipped beach and the free beach. Always ideal temperature. Dry climate. The apartment has one bedroom and one bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and hall, open space. It is furnished. It has a washing machine and a shower. towels and sheets on request. It has no air conditioning, only a fan.
