Love this house!

This home was perfect for our family beach week. Lots of space for all! The toddler in our group absolutely loved the outdoor pool and we enjoyed using the bikes provided by the owner.

We loved the house

This house is very beautiful, spacious and clean. The garage is stocked with so many fun things for us to use; such as beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, pool toys, bikes, fishing and crabbing equipments...Our family especially enjoyed the crabbing deck within the community. The community is very beautiful and peaceful. This was my first time renting a house and it was a very positive experience. The owner was super nice and always available to answer any questions. Thank you so much Michael and Samantha for sharing your house with us. LT

Bayside review

Very nice location close to Berlin and Ocean City. The house is very large and easily accommodates our extended family and grand kids. Nice neighborhood which is great for bicycle riding with small kids. Easy access to Assateague island. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and neighborhood is beautiful ...people are really friendly. .so much to do .

We love the house and neighborhood and the neighbors are really friendly. The only thing I didn't agree with is taking your own sheets and towels but overall we had a blast and looking forward on going back

Good for young families not great for the elderly

House is new clean and we'll appointed. For young families it is a perfect location for riding bikes and day trips to the beach. Our elderly parents (multiple elderly couples) had difficulty with all the stairs, some tripping hazards and the fact that there's nothing to do if you aren't able to walk half a mile or drive yourself somewhere. (Ie the immediate yard/porch aren't great for hanging out) Just want to put that there for folks with similar circumstances, but really it would be a great house for younger families without our limitations. The owners were responsive and helpful too!

Comfortable house close to Assateague beaches

Nice large house with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed being close to the Assateague beaches, national park visitors center and viewing Assateague horses (at a distance). Enjoyed both pools, indoor and outdoor, a beautiful community and use of owners bikes for evening rides in the community with children. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Very nice stay!

Our 4th Stay!

As in previous stays, this home was perfect for our family! This year the owner has added some nice upgrades -- new TVs, coffee/tea supplies and new coffeepot, toiletries, new bikes, and additional beach equipment. There's a grill in the garage and we love having the ability to cookout on our annual beach vacation. This is a well-equipped home and the owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm pretty sure we'll be back next year for our 5th stay in this home! After years of staying in OC condos with small rooms and noisy neighborhoods, it's such a relief to be in a place with plenty of indoor space to spread out and a neighborhood that is peaceful. The neighborhood is great for biking, fishing, and walking. The Bayside community center offers a beautiful pool and a well-equipped fitness center. If you rent this home, be sure to visit the town of Berlin and if you like to kayak or paddle board, don't miss Ayers Creek Adventures! The Assateague beaches are beautiful and close by. Thank you Samantha & Michael offering a perfect place for our annual family vacation!

Bayside review

Very nice property in a quiet setting. Great for young kids learning to ride a bike. Close to everything in Ocean City but away from the crowds. Only five or six miles to the assateague beach and to the small town of Berlin. We hope we can rent this great house again next year.

Great spot for adults

This was a very comfortable house for a group of adults, since each couple got their own room and bathroom. The common areas fit us all comfortably as well. The house included beach chairs and carts to cart them to the beach along with umbrellas and tons of beach toys. That was a pleasant surprise and really reduce the amount of stuff we had to bring with us! There was also fishing equipment and 4 bicycles we could use. Our group got to try fishing and crabbing in the areas designated for that in the community, and make good use of the community pool, which never got overly crowded and was quite pleasant. It's a pretty easy drive to the beach and Ocean City, and we were pleasantly surprised by Assateague Island - $5 per person to enter but parking lot and a beautiful beach if sitting by the ocean is your main goal on a vacation, which it is for me! Assateague Island is only about 10 minutes from the house, and you can re-enter on the same day with no additional charge, so if you want to go home for lunch or dinner, it's convenient. The house was honestly a bit nicer than I expected based on the pictures. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Can’t Wait to Come Back!!

This was literally the PERFECT property for us. We had space to spread out and it was so comfortable. The master suite with tub and shower was AMAZING. It is centrally located between Ocean City and Assateague Island. Nice, quiet and secure neighborhood with walking trails and views. Perfect for families. Communication with the owner was pleasant and had quick responses. Really can’t say enough good things. Love it here!

Beautiful home, quiet community.

This was our 3rd time staying in this home. We love staying in Bayside and specifically this home. The home is roomy with large bedrooms and a nice open floor plan in the living/kitchen/dining area. The owners kindly allow use of beach and cookout equipment stored in the garage. The community has lots of open space and offers beautiful vistas for walking, running, or biking. The community center is beautiful but, sadly, was not open this year because of the pandemic. Some members of our family enjoyed fishing in the community's large pond. We love that this home is within a few miles of our preferred beach in Assateague State Park. The owners are very responsive to questions or concerns, usually responding within minutes. We intend to return next year!

Very convenient

House is very nice. Light and airy. Was on a vacation with family, 6 adults, one baby granddaughter. Master bedroom was perfect for them. Owner very helpful. The only negative was you could not rent sheets and towels. I was flying in from Florida, so my kids had to bring all for me and other son. Convenient to all stores and restaurants

Good beach vacation near Assateague Island parks

We booked this house for a family reunion - parents and three adult kids with their significant others. House is in a subdivision with a pool, tennis courts and gym. It is about a 15 minute drive to the parks (state and national) on Assateague and about a 15 minute drive to Ocean City. The house is pretty much as advertised and it was clean on our arrival. The kitchen is very basic but everything works. Owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. For golfers, Eagles Landing is a 2 minute drive and it is beautiful and affordable.

Dream Home!

My family loves the Trymbiski's home in Bayside, Berlin. The home is spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. The owners have kindly allowed renters to use beach equipment and bikes in the garage! The community is beautiful, quiet, and has lots of open space for all to enjoy. We love the location and its proximity to Assateague and Berlin. The beaches of Assateague are so much better than Ocean City and there are great dining choices in the beautiful town of Berlin. The property owners were always responsive when I had a question or concern. Responses were received within an hour. The Trymbiski's were absolutely wonderful to our family and I absolutely will rent this home again. My family of seven loves this home and we can't wait to enjoy another relaxing week in this dream home!

Beautiful home, lovely location, well equipped for family fun!

My family has fallen in love with this spacious home! Our family of seven was very comfortable in this home and they can't wait to come back. After years of renting noisy, cramped, beachfront OC condos, it was nice to have room to spread out and enjoy the amenities of this home. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped. The owners have kindly welcomed tenants to use the beach equipment and bikes stored in the garage. The owners were great to work with and very attentive to our needs. We have every intention of returning next year. The community is quiet and beautiful; we enjoyed bike rides and walks in the morning and evening or sitting by the lake listening to frogs. There's lots of open space for the kids to play and kick around a soccer ball. The community center is wonderful with a beautiful outdoor pool, indoor pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. My family prefers the beaches of Assateague and this community is a short drive to Assateague Island. I highly recommend this home to potential renters. The pictures available on VRBO really don't depict just how beautiful and spacious this home is. We can't wait to come back!

It is a beautiful home and we all enjoyed staying there.

The owners have provided much more than you would expect such as beach toys, bikes and beach chairs. We have stayed in this neighborhood previously and that house wasn't anywhere close to being as nice as this one.
